      Thanks, a short break is what I needed. To be fair I enjoyed making this 1 even though it was a small project 👍 I have a few large projects that are weather permitting and all next week don't look good so the next video could be a little way off hopefully something else will come in that don't need to rely on the weather 🤞

    A true testament to your dedication to your industry.
    I would dare wonder how many of your fellow kinsmen would turn this project because they feel they are above taking on such a small job. If nothing else I am sure it paid for your fuel and lunch.

      Feels good to be back just need to pull my finger out now and find some work haha.1st April 2022 law changed 0 plant for business anything that generates electricity for business purposes cannot use it farmers and personal heating, power for personal can still use it.
      Yes, I can still get hold of it but I cannot use the invoice against my books so it would be pointless the government has every angle covered.

    R'reet Mick, By 'eck filling up with diesel these days is a painful experience. How long would that tankful in the compressor last you?

    • @Mobileblaster
      @Mobileblaster  Год назад +1

      Eyup mate it would last just over 8 hours. It was a shock when the government stopped red derv use for business 🙄 absolutely wrong timing for small businesses just after lock down they hit us with that 😵‍💫

      @@Mobileblaster Good grief that's ridiculous for businesses like yours, your fuel bill must be astronomical.

      @lancpudn I hate the days when the van needs a drink as well that stings a little haha.
      I've got some decent ideas for this next year so long as nothing new wants to hit us in the nuts that are out of our control everything should work out as planned 🤞

    • @Altair885
      @Altair885 Год назад

      @@Mobileblaster You can legally run on 'bio fuel' like waste veg oil. You just have to declare it. You can buy the stuff ready refined much cheaper than white diesel. Old style diesels like in your compressor run fine on it. We've been using it for a while now.

      Unfortunately not on this job it was purely a nice little job to bank a favour and run my rig up for the start of a busy year ahead :) I learnt I need a early service as my derv filters don't like sand in the tank haha 1st thing Monday I will be on the phone to Doosan for a service kit

      second: what is the maximum CFM that your compressor can run?

    • @Mobileblaster
      @Mobileblaster  Год назад +1

      @George george happy new year mate. My compressor is a doosan 7 71 260cfm I'm only brand loyal to doosan as I've had good service from 140/180/260cfm family with very little issues. I don't really need to try other brands as I'm happy with the service only 1 small issue is the depo is a little far just to nip and pick a service kit up etc 1 hour 15 drive away not too bad but could be better if I could think ahead delivery would solve this but I'm more of ichy feet kinda guy if I get an idea I need to do it ASAP lol

    • @Mobileblaster
      @Mobileblaster  Год назад +1

      @@Mobileblasterwhat grade do you prefer coarse??

    • @Mobileblaster
      @Mobileblaster  Год назад +2

      @Chris Bennington ah but the is also weight of the media to think about not all fine media will do windscreen crushed glass is like powder and that's to light for this but crushed bottle glass is a different build although it's nearly the same size. It's hard to explain but after playing around ya get a good feel for media's etc
