We had a restaurant back in the 80's, & we had a dish called Soup in a Dome. It was a bread bowl just like yours, & we put a shrimp soup made with heavy whipping cream in it. It was delicious!! When you finished the soup, you could eat the bread with all that thick sauce that soaked into it - amazing dish. Yours looks great, also!! Another beautiful video. Thank you!!

Was born in Poland and I love all the delicious Polish soups but Zurek was always my favourite! We had it with boiled eggs though. I recently discovered Polish Kvass here in Australia so now I'm determined to make it one day! ❤🥣😋🇦🇺 🇵🇱

We make this soup often! (Alberta, Canada)A local shop Carrie’s the Polish Kvass so I don’t have to make it. I add more root veggies to it though. Like the idea of the fried egg finish-will do that next time! My grandchildren love this soup (and Polish dill pickle soup)
