Nice! I've always been a bit wary of changing anything that is part of the manufactured kit, because I figure I'm not as skilled as the person making it in the first place! That looks pretty manageable - thanks Jon!

I was wondering why my mothers pepper mill does not work and I took it apart and I think it misses the litte metal spring. I wonder where I could get those things?

We do sell springs that may be suitable - in packs of 5 I'm afraid - code: SPRINGS on our website www.prokraft.co.uk

Nicely done, Jon. As you've taken the mill apart, you could also refresh the finish on the cap and barrel.
