Stir Fried Almond Chicken

5 oz of chicken breast (sliced)
2-3 tsp of vegetable cooking oil
1 1/2 cup of mix vegetable (snow pea, carrot, green and sweet red pepper)
1 tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of minced ginger
1 tsp of sherry cooking wine
2 tsp of soy sauce to taste
1 tsp of oyster sauce
1/3 cup of chicken stock
1 1/2 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 2 oz of water
Drizzle sesame oil
1/3 cup of toasted almond nuts

I make pretty much exactly this when I stir fry. No almonds though. I also use corn pretty much every time and add a bit of cayenne. Usually use veggie stock in stead of chicken.

You can let it reduce in stead of adding corn starch mix to it. Takes a few minutes.
Where are you getting the ginger/garlic mixture from? Do you just have a big pre-mixed jar, or did you just chop a lot of it at once and add something to it? It's in almost all of your videos and I rarely have both at once.
