मी 9 वर्षाचा असताना वडील गेले आई तासन तास रडायची त्या वाईट काळात .. झोप लागायची नाही आईला रडताना बघून आम्ही पण बारके जीव तिला सामील होऊन रडायचो.. त्यानंतर आई ने भगवद्गीता वाचायला घेतली तिला थोडा मानसिक आधार आला तुम्ही पण एकदा का होईना गीता वाचावी असा सल्ला देईन माझ्या आईला त्यामुळे मानसिक आधार आला आणि आयुष्यात काही गोष्टी नसतात आपल्या हातात हे समजले . आज आत्ता हे टाईप करताना 20 वर्षे वडिलांशीवाय कशी गेली कळलंच नाही हो.. थोड्या काळाने का होईना प्रत्येकाला त्यांच्या त्यांच्या आयुष्यातला प्रवास पुढे सुरु करावाच लागतो आणि तो कसा वेगाने सरकत जातो ते आपल्याला पण कळत नाही.. मजबूत रहा ताई आणि एका गोष्टीवर विश्वास ठेवा चांगली लोक भेटत जातात वाईट लोकांवर आणि त्यांच्या बोलण्यावर ऊर्जा वाया घालवू नका ..

I am ulcerative colitis patient since I was 4 years old, and now I am 31 so I am fighting with this physical challenge since 27 years. Now I am also a mother of 2 year old kid...jasa tu mhanalis tasa, me suddha majha hya rogit shariratun eka gondas balala janma dila ahe.....this journey was very difficult bcoz we being a women we have face so many challenges at each and every step of my life...one more similarity that my husband is as good and understanding as yours. Support is very important in life. At least by watching this, i'm sure most of the girls, women like me who are still going through the dipression because of their career break, no matter what is the reason behind that, but those girls and women will definitely get inspiration to stand up once again to achieve their dreams in their life.
And yes at least by watching this video they will realise, what is the meaning of dipression and how to overcome it by their own.
I can say this because I also just realised that I am also going through it, because of my career break which I don't want to take. but due to family and baby responsibility I have to take that break.
And now I'm struggling to work again but still in search of success. But as you said, just have faith on your self and restart the journey - i will definitely try to follow that and will try to achieve something in life which will gives me confidence once again to enjoy my life.
