I'm going to start a blanket in this pattern, however, you might want to slow down and explain sc and the stitches you are doing. Had I not known basic stitches I would have been lost. It's a tutorial.. not a let's see how fast I can go
You can delay the video through the relative option in the gear. By now you will have learned the basic stiches, but there are numerous lessons in yt specifically for basics, where you should have addressed to making samples, before you start a whole blanket...

How do you get written instructions? Love the pattern but most of us want written instructions.
How many chains for beginning
You would chain as many as you want your blanket to be wide. Plus one. So if you are happy with the width at say 108 chains, chain 109. SC in the 2nd chain and all the way across (108 sc). You can chain as many as you want - there is no multiples for this pattern

Hi, if you can't give verbal instruction, can you put what you're doing on the screen? I can't find the written pattern. I've started the beginning of this tutorial several times and I'm not sure of the multiples.
SInce you are using every stitch (not skipping or combining stitches to make the pattern) there really isn't a "multiple", just chain however long you want it to be.
Is it muffler pattern??? Can i try this in muffler?
What size hook would I use if I were using chenille yarn please?
Would depend on the weight of the chenille. There’s lighter and heavier ones. If you still have the package I would look there for a reference.

I cannot find the instructions for how many chains to begin with and its multiple ratio.
I think its multiples of 4 plus 2, I kept stopping the video and counted the stitches. It is a yarn/wool eater!
I thought I was multiples of 3 + 2 pattern easy enough to work out . It looks like a 4 row repeat .

What does ****multiples mean? Thank you
Multiples means how many stitches are needed for each group in the blanket. A multiple of 3 plus 2 would mean that you chain 3, 6, 9, or any amount that can be equally divided by 3 and then add 2. So a 9 would require 11 chains
