At 09:23, the sign is correct. It mentions that one cannot at any point exceed 24 hours at a time parking, but the avgift only applies during the listed hours. After 1500 hours Saturday, it is free parking, but we cannot park for longer than 24 hours.
Thanks so much, keep it up! I agree that some signs are confusing and then you end up paying for it. Like the one you mentioned about 24 timmar mon-fri sign and you come on friday.
Nice video and helpful because it is very confusing for non-Swedes like me! I'll share it to some other RVers who have been asking me about Sweden. - However, you still keep saying "stand" instead of "parking" sometimes. (I am an eternal English teacher) About the 24 tim avgift 9-18, someone told me you can "park" for 24 hours but must pay the fee if you park during the period 9-18. e.g. Park overnight but must drive away before 9 otherwise pay. LOL never heard the back of my RV called "a butt" before. (big smiles). Americans call it the "trunk" for a car and Brits call it "the boot". In Britain, you can be fined for having too much "RV butt" sticking out of the white lines.
geo 1 Thanks you.....well I do things when I feel like it and for a while I have been doing other stuff. I will always now and then put up a video 😀. It was someone that asked so nicely for this video so I did one 😀
I know the efforts behind making a video like this. It's really helpful! Thank a tonnnnnnn
