看得出你對過去的experience感到相當stress，亦難以「舒服地發洩」你的情緒（emotion）。就著這套影片，我歸納（group)出三個原因：
1）人生路不熟和語言障礙令你表達時出現若干的障礙(block)，而且我認為因為你要著重咬字清晰度而再度抑壓(repression)自己的宣洩(drain out)，感到相當辛苦吧
2）我提議你用另一個較簡單的方式幫你組織起事物，以前我也經常玩，甚至和朋友一起比賽「亂咁聯」，這方法稱為mind map。
3）社工的工作只是幫助你開解事情(solve problems)，若你不能好好表達出來，以他們的工作量來看，是很難幫到手的。我也是過來人，指的是和你也有過很多痛苦經歷，但是和你不同，我是本地香港人，並找到了相當多的有效方法幫自己呢，呵呵。
btw，人生總會有起起伏伏，總結多年的經驗，最有效的還是由最簡單入手，慢慢地循序漸進，而我肯定的是，十年後的自己也只是個⋯⋯⋯「混蛋」吧。^_^
Ps. 我英文不太好，只是讓你容易些明白啦，一切以中文為準。😈

太早父母不在身邊，如果有疑難未能在思想上得到適當安慰或給予意見解決，有機會決定錯誤行錯路，但是學習人生機會就在此時，輕微的冇大問題，較為影響大的……可能發生在身體健康上？！找個信任的人宣洩一下內心的負面情緒，及嘗試明白人生在世的意義。

I’ve always considered laser for my eyes cos I’m blind but um, terrified. I could already smell smoke from my laser hair removal... can you imagine the smell of smoke coming from lasering your damn eyes?????????
I know but I saw comments about 20/20 vision lol
@@ASHAETC Some clinics tape your nose up so that you don't smell anything. If you really wanna do it, do your research and get a good doc.

We have heaps of ABC here Australia Born Chinese, then you must be the other way around like a CBA China Born American.
