- We have found a 5 star hotel in germany that is untouched with everything left behind. Shocking how the water is still clear in the swimming pool after being abandoned for 2 years.

Very sure that it will open again because this building is in beautiful condition, but they may need to make some innovations and more modern in order to score again.
Looks like a great explore and hotel. Still in pretty condition, it could still be saved and renovated. Looks like it has been some kind of conference center as well as a hotel. Im sure it was a nice place to stay and surroundings looks great. Im impressed it hasnt been vandalized and all those tv stolen long ago. Take care and keep up the good work.
I think they will renovate or renew it but my suspicion is that this will only happen when there is some improvement in the world because in this situation the world is now it will not yield much
@@iboughtsomething im sure youre right, take care while traveling. Like you said as long as the situation in the world is like now, not much investment will occur and specially not in hotel/travelbusiness.
It wouldn’t take much to get that open again
with some work and make it little moderner it should be ok to reopen.
This is still in pretty good shape for being abandoned.. I'm surprised the power was still on. I bet it was an expensive place to stay at one time, it's really a pretty place actually. The power was still working because the display of the telephone in the reception worked. Rodrigo has been dating for a while so I think this has priority for him.
This looks like it would have been a nice, relaxing place to stay, away from the big city. The room with long tables looked like it could have been a conference / meeting room.

The hotel was also located in a beautiful nature and forest, but outside the domain there were still activities to do that are still active such as playing golf. Hopefully this hotel will be renovated and made more modern and it can open again
Hi Michael , great explore . What a huge hotel , expensive to maintain that is probably why it closed down . It's still in good condition , no vandalism so far . I am sure that with all the problems the world is having now that there will be sadly many more hotels closing down . Maybe this place can be saved and opened again would be great to see but doubtful . Looking forward to more of your explores 😀👍☮☯️
I also think that this hotel will open again after the world is back which is stable and people can travel back but I don't think it will be for the next few years.
@@iboughtsomething I think vandals will go in there and destroy it and the small area of mold will just get larger and eventually cover everything unless maintenance is being done . Maybe do a return visit in 12 months to see how much the hotel has changed in a year .
I lowkey wanna buy this place. But its probably not worth fixing up....

It is wurth to buy it , i can tell you that there is not much work to fixing it up. Awesome place located in the beautiful nature area 👌
Finding the owners of these places to get permission must be a pain lol, most people thinking you just walk in, but you can see the cameras are on and the active alarm system
Been abandoned for couple years allready, the power is still working yes but the alarm is not on anymore. Otherwise you should not make it outside but caught after staying so many houres inside.
I'd love to take that oven home with me !!!!

I am really confused....would it not be completely illegal to abandon a place like this? I mean people can drown in that pool, are there not rules against just abandoning your property with the power on???
There is no regulation that the water or electricity must be redeemed when it is vacated. I've done abandoned houses with water gushing out of the pipes and reported them to the police to shut it down. @@epson8607 Doing abandoned places is indeed awesome but also a risk, sadly this was filmed in 2020 with my older cam and turns out a bit dark footage but i got a better cam now.
Pretty sure he found a dumbwaiter. They were used to get food between floors

Probably because too few customers came and therefore got into money problems where they had to stop. All my abandoned adventures will be coming online on another channel!
