Over the years they have shown us so much versatility, while at the same time, showing us that they can draw the elements from their earlier heavier side at any moment to show us that they still have those qualities we fell in love with when we were first introduced to this incredible band. I've been through loads of therapy and many people stronger than myself have helped me begin to heal that inner teenager crying on the floor feeling that Aaron was the only one who understood how I felt. The things that happened to us as children weren't our fault and as we grow, it is only up to us to become better and more whole.

I may not agree with Aaron's political views, but I'll be damned if he's still got it! He's going to go down as one of the most iconic voices in hard rock. Loving the vibes from the earlier times of Staind. Nice and heavy.
