9:55 Tuete was actually in our guild. We kicked and reported him after we saw it, because several people reached out to use and said that this happend to them as well and he does it on purpose. The Blizzard support already responded and probably/hopefully gave him a little timeout :)

@@superepicfuntime821 Nearly all engineering items in classic have a slight chance to malfunction. In this case "Tuete" used an item called "Goblin Mortar" which causes a heavy amount of aoe damage. A malfunction can cause the damage to be applied to the user (in this case "Tuete") and all players around him. You have to be in a group tho.
He killed me, I’m the guy who sent in the clip haha. I quit, I can’t believe blizzard have allowed this to be a “no revive” situation and considering the size of their company that just shows me I can’t invest that kinda time for this to happen.
@@stepjamm To be fair, they also didn't revive when the servers crashed through SoD release. It's easier for them to just run the servers and not maintain anything. Bierstube can help you leveling if you're interesting in giving it another try.

Ah yes. Frost nova in the middle of mobs so they all melee you at the same instant, then blame healer. A classic.
Always use Arcane Explosion instead of Blizzard for that extra 0.1 dps.
The mobs explode when they die he stood in them and died to the AoE. They even pointed it out to him in chat and he still blamed the healer.

6:04 Attemptx was the one pulling more, but both mages roach out immediately. They could've done so much more (sheep, nova, counterspell, Blizzard kite) to help the group recover. This was 100% doable if just one of them was a halfway decent player (only 6-7 mobs and half of them almost dead), but them playing like they did and roaching out is what caused the group to fall apart.
They see the additional patrons get pulled by the proximity aggro, they start getting worried, then continue pulling the mob into the center of yet more patrons and then become confused when more pull? Why are they even moving the mobs at all!? Pull them to the wall and kill it! Why are you moving?? We see more clips of people dying in this room than any other in the entire game. How have you not thoroughly researched what you're trying to do in there before risking an entire party of high level characters?

one tick of hell fire could save that lock (better rank 1) but he didn't have mana for that since he wasted like three casts of drain life with so many bugs on him . And ofc engi granades (for non-engineers) or oil of immolation could be useful too

for that parachute cloak bit, I'm pretty sure they had it keybound and equipped it when they pressed it instead of using it like they thought it would
Indeed. It has a cooldown when equipping it so they probably soammed it to no avail

@@Ninja.Smacks that was my thought as well but the explosion appears to center on the pally? (the one moving into the middle) and the mortar has like a 10 second cast. so i was thinking some exploding debuff and someone just found the new hakkar plauge.
The Goblin Mortar can also backfire when used. Doing the AoE/stun to you and friendly targets in your group/raid.
1:50 he was the last one in the group so he was essentially the leader making the lockout his. He needed a create group and leave group macro to trigger the counter for the ghetto hearth.

i´m pretty sure you need two people to make a group. How would you do that with a macro?
@@mathiaskjeldgaardpetersen5926 you can start a group and leave a group before the server tick and it will still go through.
A macro can be made to invite a player (you can put any name) and the server will search and invite that player and send the invite.
If the player doesn't exist you can still leave group and a ghetto hearth timer can still be triggered before the server finishes the search for the non-existant player.
@@mathiaskjeldgaardpetersen5926 Inviting a player (even someone that doesn't exist) creates a temporary group. By using a macro, you can leave this temporary group to trigger the ghetto hearth timer.
/run InviteUnit("a");C_Timer.After(1,function() LeaveParty() end)
This macro tries to invite the player "a" to a party and leaves the party right after. This can be used to solo ghetto hearth without having to actually invite someone to a group
@@mathiaskjeldgaardpetersen5926 when you try to make a group with someone who can't accept it (offline, char doesn't exist, etc), it actually briefly creates a group for a second or so (can see party frames pop up) and it's possible to leave this fake one person party in that time period and trigger the teleport.

What happened at 10:18?
I also want an answer to what fucking happened in stormwind. It was not the eng reload as that requires a 10sec cast and for you to be at an anvil, and does enough damage to insta kill 60s, not a mere 600 damage. The dude ran by people and triggered something somehow. Reload also throws you far away, where as this just stunned everyone that survived. I have also seen reload go off near others and it only kill the person doing the reload, so I don't think it's an AoE anyway. This was something else.
it´s not the reload just normal goblin mortar backfire. It hits party for 500 damage, mage only had 488.
And not just party, everyone who is near enough.
@@Blackread if it hit everyone and not just party members, we would have seen many griefers spamming goblin mortar on the SW mailbox all the time. And then more people would know about it.

There's a goblin engineering item called Goblin Mortor that can backfire on use, causing aoe damage. Not the reload backfire that only damage the user, but the action backfire.
What on earth was that griefing in SW?
Yeah I want to know too. It could have been the infernal or curse of impending doom.

Tuete did something that affected his group which killed the lower levelled players.

The most I can see is they summoned a higher level player who blew up upon accepting.

Not entirely sure, but I think its Goblin Mortar. When you reload it has a small chance to explode on you.

@@Giantwow3896 The Goblin Mortar has 2 types of malfunctions, the first can happen when reloading which has a cast time and if it happens- only affects the user. The second is one that can happen when using it- this one hits party members and is instant so works while jumping. This guy has also been repeatedly doing it to people according to a comment further up and has been reported to GMs and kicked from his guild.
Mage in scholo was one of the worst things I've ever seen. It's actually mind blowing to see someone that bad.

And he blames the healer, completely unaware that unless you are like a fully world buffed, nax geared warrior in defensive stance, you can't just stand in the middle of a pack like that and tank it.

@@hagzomush Parachute cloak is a human intervention according to lore, also it can't fail. It has a 30 minute cooldown in classic, but only 30 seconds in all consecutive expansions. I assume he didn't realize it was still on cooldown.

I have been party lead many times. I did not know that I need a special macro to leave the group as lead. This video might have just saved me.

@@nakano15 i'm team no changes 99% of the time, even extreme shit like the cauldron bridge misalignment feels like a knowledge check, but things that allow you to deliberately kill another player (minus pvp flagging) should be patched out

I don't think Cata really competes with HC, wildly different games. HC came out around the same time as ICC patch and both were very successful upon launch. SoD will have an impact for sure, but even now when SoD was just launched HC is far from being abandoned.
