- Hey Everyone,
I've gone on vacation recently for a long-haul trip and what better way to go far than, well, to fly non-stop to the farthest!
I've booked a Spontaneous Escapes redemption flight on Krisflyer which discounted 30% off a KF80,500 miles flight to just KF56,350 miles instead plus SGD82.50 in taxes. Since a solo seat became available for the taking, I spent another KF1,050 and SGD160.44 just to score the corner seat!
As Premium Economy passengers do not get lounge access, I've used my Priority Pass to access one of the lounges in the Changi Airport Terminal 3, The Marhaba Lounge.

It's nice and quieter than most planes actually. There's not much going on except passengers minding their own business 😄.

Thank you for a great report. The flight looked a lot better than my Melbourne to Singapore premium economy flight in 2020.The food was the same as economy and the seats were only average.

Hey great video. I will be flight ✈️ this November and have exactly of your solo seat 💺 42 coming up from JFK to Singapore for cruise 🚢. One thing you did not mention about the recline seat since it is a last row on solo seat. Is it long and comfortable enough? I heard 41 solo seat 💺 recliner is better. Let me know your thought. Thanks.
Ah, the recline is standard for the premium economy seats. The wall behind you does not get in the way of the recline... And since it's the last row, no one's behind you who could grab on to your backrest and shake it while you’re asleep so it helped me stay asleep ;)

There were a couple of times. We got the normal ones that kind of just nudge you. Nothing major ;)

I’d love to do this flight one day. I’ve done Dublin-London-Singapore-Sydney. Nearly killed me. Then had Australian immigration to contend with. Nightmare. Two hours to clear. Was American immigration any better?
Not at all, I'm glad you asked. There was like 3/4 officers for about 800 people in the queue and we lined up for 2 hours. I was late for dinner 🙈
Pretty odd that they serve you see food cold and see food hot at the same time.

I still prefer the A380 feel (less noise, more comfy etc) than this plane, although I don't think he fly this route. And not really sure Sia still have the A380😢.. big loss for passengers in my opinion.
The a380 has limits to fly this long. But it flies through Frankfurt to JFK from Singapore ;)

What’s with all the Russia hysteria!? What is this, 1952? The flight has been going Around Russia since 2022 and burns more fuel just to do that.
