Of course! If you're using a smaller shoulder, you can slightly tug on the bone after several hours to see if it gives at all. If not, keep cooking. Rest covered for at least an hour. 2 hours is better.
im not totally sure but i see them grab hot stuff in videos all the time with black gloves but i think it might be heat proof gloves. looks delicious. good job
Actually the alcohol will help to further soften the meat, and the bitterness of the beer is good to balance the sweetness.. Unless you thought it was a bad idea because drinking it would have been a better use. In that case I'm all in.
*It looks spectacular*
Kinder is so good! I use it on pretty much everything. Looks yummy!!

The trick to handle hot food with your hands is you get used to it and build a tolerance or wear cotton gloves 🧤 under your latex gloves
Do the cooking times vary depending on size and weight of pork?
yeah It depends on Per pound.

Too many hours of cooking, 😩🤦🏻♀️ I’m impatient!
Please don’t wash your pork, I think its illegal in some states.😉
😂😩
I rinse ALL of my meat. Who knows how it was handled before. That's just me.
It’s because washing meat spreads bacteria in the kitchen, cooking the meat is way safer than washing it anyway.
You're literally spreading bacteria everywhere@@sadiegrill2846
@@sadiegrill2846Imagine eating a carcass and worrying about how it was handled😂
