    In this episode of The Hot Seat, we welcomed a young entrepreneur named Takeaslynn, who goes by the name Dream. Dream shared her journey of starting an e-commerce store at the age of 16 and the challenges she faced along the way, including her experience with her custom jewelry business during the COVID-19 pandemic.
    Dream hails from a small town in Mississippi and graduated with an accounting degree from Texas Southern University. Despite family expectations to follow a traditional path, she pursued entrepreneurship, which led to a mix of success and setbacks.
    Dream's main business is custom jewelry, but she also runs several other ventures, including selling a book and digital products. She discussed the impact of the pandemic on her business, revealing that she faced accusations of scamming when she couldn't fulfill orders due to supply chain issues in China. This led to a significant loss of trust from her customers and a halt in her business operations.

      Lacking integrity in business is a significant character flaw that can have far-reaching negative consequences for individuals and organizations. Business integrity involves adhering to ethical standards and principles. A lack of integrity suggests a willingness to engage in unethical behavior, which can lead to legal issues, financial losses, and harm to stakeholders. Changing a character flaw like a lack of integrity is challenging but possible with dedication, effort, and support. By committing to ethical behavior and fostering a culture of trust, individuals can transform their approach to business and build a more positive, sustainable professional reputation

      @@iamBlackTech95 I never said she grew her business instantly, I said this generation (Generation Z) is use to SEEING instant success. Again, she is very smart and know business, however she is in the red and her best solution was to start a business in her friend name instead of doing other legit things, such as get an accountant job, drive for Uber, etc. That is what David and 500 is trying to explain to her. I’m all for entrepreneurship, but there are times you have to do what you have to do LEGALLY to get out that hole. Starting an illegal business instead of finding another legal way to get money is high risk and get her in a deeper hole. I hope she truly WINS and realizes what David and 500 is trying to say. 500 mentioned hiring her to get her out the hole and she didn’t seem interested AT ALL, which is my point. Not saying she has to go get a full time job but baby girl has a degree in the right field and can easily do ppl tax returns, get a short term accountant contract position, or even simple as return her necklace to get back to building a legit business. It’s all healthy feedback ❤️

    She feels like the only way to make the money is to use her friend because she burnt up. She should not do business right now, she should go to work with her accounting degree and make the money to get out of the hole. She is illegally doing the business, but her mindset is that’s the only way RIGHT NOW. So many of our people has this mindset of “I’m just gone do what I got to do, until I can do what I got to do.” That’s why they end up scamming people a lot of the time.

      Exactly and everyone can keep saying she is smart ... but she has no ethical consideration when it comes to business nor a moral compass those are the two things that got her in a chokehold like a bear claw. Ion give not one eff bout how smart she is ... Not when she is delusional, prideful, and a bold face liar/scammer.
      - She took a loan out for a business she knew was failing. Still fucked that money off and didn't repay not one of her customers.
      - She operating illegally under someone else's name just do she can live in her smoking mirror that she "made it out"!
      If she is doing all this on a surface level she is doing way more grimmey stuff that she hasn't disclosed and want advice on how to 10x her bullshit.

Now this time she literally said she wanted to build the community and take the profits and reinvest. It sounds like she values them purely for profit, not as a true feeling of fellowship, support, camaraderie or family.

    David and Him500 provided so much valuable information, but unfortunately this beautiful young lady was not ready to receive it. I hope that she gets a good life coach/therapist so that she can understand the importance of operating in integrity. She displayed moments of genius and can have sustained business success once she does the work internally. I'm rooting on her to figure it out the right way so that she can thrive!

    I’m genuinely confused why most people are calling her “smart” or “brilliant” lol. She was spinning them and does not have the integrity to run a business. She just was lying and spinning with the hopes of getting advice on how to make more money to fund her “lifestyle”. Not to get out of her situation. Even the pages she said was popping but had all fake likes😂

      Agreed! Everybody seems to miss the point that she admitted upfront she's "a completely different person" or has different "personalities" on all her business pages - this lesson starts and ends on operating in INTEGRITY first so that PROFIT can follow... (not cunning marketing ideas for scamming). She's trying to fresh water into a muddy cup...

      She’s smart because she created a business at 16. Generated almost a half a million in revenue but due to circumstances that were out of her control, ended up with a bad situation. Vendors couldn’t ship(out-of her control) Shopify froze accounts and all money( out of her control). She had a warehouse, employees to pay and lost all. She’s now learned to seek out help, create systems to run her business properly. Shes a smart entrepreneur but needs mentorship, guidance and important partnerships.

      @@Thereservist45 she took profits when she hadn’t settled her expenses. That’s not smart. If this was someone not young and a pretty face, we wouldn’t be saying she’s smart.

    • @yumyum215
      @yumyum215 Месяц назад +1

      She is VERY SMART. The pages are for marketing and she is NOT the face of any of the pages. So YES she can have different personalities on each page because she is trying to reach different audiences.

    This is it. You can learn so much for this interview. We have to bring her back. She needs to check in on her mental position and spiritual position and integrity. Rebuild with all five or six levels to wealth. Bring her back and introduce her to a mentor(s) to get her on focus before she rebuild......
