Nick I hope you're getting a fill out better I know it sucks being sick but I hope you getting to feel lot better and I like the truck that y'all got going in the rims back on there and it runs good and it sounds pretty good you get that drive shaft fix it will be a good
I think it’ll be fun watching you put that truck back together. Those wheels look pretty good, too bad the lug nuts didn’t fit. Driveshaft damage looked fresh, likely fork lift got it.
go team NICK he needs to do his own walk around on a vehicle he likes.............. love to see young guys get started with cars, it will last a life time. Nick just do it, it will be great. full support. DO IT
Hi Randy you've been killing it lately I hope more people catch on what a great content your bringing and your channel explodes .You must be one of the hardest working U Tuner in the business..
Just one of the vehicles that you get a good feeling about. Great buy on the wheels and tires to get it mobile. Nick came out to help even though he wasn't feeling well. Awesome video all around. Thank you.
Amazon special for radio and speakers. Get a nice double din. Possible blend door actuators making noise. Make sure lug nuts fit right against wheels so they don’t come loose.
Hell of a deal!!! Congrats Randy! So glad you bought it! P.S: So, the radio is smashed, maybe you can buy an upgraded android headunit for it and have a nice screen with modern convenience.
I think Randy should keep the F150 and sell the Ram. For what he does, it's the perfect truck. No payment on it makes it even better. I had a 2015, great truck and towed like a dream!
That truck is going to make exellent content Randy can't wait to see you fix it up! Good luck on all you're projects stay free and keep your powder dry!!
@@glennbeadshaw727 to be honest, with the prices of things nowadays, 4.3k really don't seem too bad, and I'm not even a Ford guy. I think there should be more than 4.3k in parts as long as the engine/trans is fine.
This is brilliant! I didn’t expect you to buy this, but it was well worth it. A great work truck for a great price. Well done Randy! I can’t wait to see the Mustang video. Keep up this awesome content!!
Creepin up on 400K subscribers not to shabby for a guy who has been "written off" more then a few times by all the rocket scientists out there! Congrats Randy ...... 👏 👏 👏 ! Nice purchase, this would be a kick butt "Father & Son" project / first vehicle for young Nick? Nice safe reliable good looking truck.
Hey Randy. I have a head unit out of my 2010 F150 lariat. I upgraded to a kenwood. Noticed the one in your truck is heavily damaged. It's yours if you want it. I'm in the Portland Vancouver area.
Hey Randy, I saw your video on the Ford F150 stolen truck that you bought from Copart. It looks like you and Nick had fun putting it sort of back together for this video. I can’t wait to see your next video that you got on it. I’ll be looking forward to seeing it buddy. Tell Nick I said hi. Have a good night. I’ll talk to you soon again.
Hell of a deal!!! Congrats Randy! So glad you bought it. And love how Nick has been in more videos and it seems like he’s enjoying working on all your projects with you Randy. I hope more people catch on what a great content your bringing and your channel explodes. 😁😁😁😁
it's the one with the dangly air con panel that had me laughing yesterday when you were pushing the buttons on ut I didn't think you would buy it looking forward to the rebuild lol
WOAH RANDY! That's one heck of a deal! Like Beavis & Butthead would say, *"SCORE!"* It looks like the thieves were only targeting the custom sound system and wheels and dumped the rest! Thankfully they didn't mess with anything else! This is going to be a cool 10k profit for sure! I'd *LOVE* to see a salvage yard "Run & Gun" video where you grab parts off of other F150s and maybe Crown Vic parts!
On the Mustang the windows are designed to drop down a bit upon pulling the door release to protect the window channel seal. So if you have power issues or need to makes repairs and have to disconnect the battery, be sure you lower the windows a bit so you don't damage the window channel. I replaced the factory plastic thermostat housing and had disconnected the battery and learned this the hard way. Ouch BTW when you tire of that Pony GT send it my way. LOL
Omg Randy!!!! Back to your roots and true to your name. Auto Auction Rebuilds. Buy it build it sell it. Great content. I had one of these trucks. Loved it. Good luck.
Randy, have been a subscriber since the Cobalt days. Always good to see some good content here. I'd drive this, I'd see better out of something like this with one eye. Thanks for the video, Randy.
Hi Randy I watch all your videos it is so nice to see what a wonderful polite young man nick is well done Jessica and you Randy for being great role models 👏👏👏👏
@autoauctionrebuilds Randy, I bet this video blows up and the content it provides. Maybe the winning formula is finding more modern vehicles (especially pickup trucks) like this and doing the back to life content. Maybe research on the videos that have done well for you and keep the walk arounds at copart as your bread and butter. Totally not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to help a fellow man out. My wife even enjoyed watching this with me and never gets involved with me repairing/ maintaining our vehicles. Have a blessed brother!
Tires are always have to be balanced before putting them on any vehicle, especially on trucks like that. So make sure you balance your tires first, before putting them on a vehicle. It's a well-known fact I don't know why you were wondering about the shaking and rattling...
The tires were already balanced dip shit if you took the time to watch the video you would see that I have a bad drive shaft it has nothing to do with tires
That's an amazing deal of a truck. Theres one story on Ford Boss Me Channel about a guy that had one of those, used 15W-40 Oil, changed every 3k miles and got to 400,000 miles, with no issues.
I’ve dealt with the same problem with lug nuts on my old f150. Bolt pattern has been the same for a while but it seems every generation or 2 they change stud thread pitch
Hey Randy you may want to check the driveline since it's been sitting down on the ground just in case I might have missed the driveway driveline that might be the vibration
Hey I’ve have a set of stock wheels and aftermarket wheels also some trim stuff for inside maybe a radio also you can have them if you want them wheels have no tires
I say this is a great deal Randy! Nice looking truck and I bet it would be a sweet work truck. Not a bad contender to get rid of the Ram. Love the videos as always keep it up!👍
I'm surprised they didn't take the converters and well good news is ur radio and everything is there just hanging so you will be able to put it back together and use it
You did fantastic Randy! Like you said, it just needs some love. Junkyard driveshaft. New rotors and pads. I like those Power Stop ones from Rock Auto. Cheap, and they work great Then, a set of tires and balance. Then, put that interior back together. You will make money on that truck. It looks like the engine and trans work fine. Nice grab Man! Well done!
Love Ford's. Find an OEM Sync module from a junked ford truck so it will be “plug and play”. All of your steering wheel controls will work. Great video Randy, thanks so much.

I think the truck should make great content for you! That being said, I am almost always on board for the deals you make! This one I’m not for sure! I thought you might score of that or from $500-$1000! Sitting there with no wheels rusted untested The radio hanging out, etc. still it’ll be really interesting to see what you do with it!
The driveshaft was the 1st thing I thought of when you said that it had a vibration. Been there and done that. I'm truly happy for you gettin' that truck, and SCORE, everything works but the radidio, ha!😂
I love how Nick has been in more videos and it seems like he’s enjoying working on all your projects with you Randy!

Imagine old nicks first car 😂😂 gonna have him setup good
Sounds like that clicking might be your blend door actuator
Personally I’d say you should dump the ram and use that as your new work truck. It’s literally perfect for that once you fix the driveshaft issue
What a great deal on the F150. I was thinking wheels out of balance but you nailed it on the drive shaft. Looking forward to more of the truck.
I think it’ll be fun watching you put that truck back together. Those wheels look pretty good, too bad the lug nuts didn’t fit. Driveshaft damage looked fresh, likely fork lift got it.
Came into the comments to say someone picked it up sideways with a forklift... Might also explain the damage on the bottom of the doors

Yeah, Android units are pretty good these days. Can use it to add a backup/hitch camera and even a dashcam
The head unit is probably working as it should. The speaker system was gutted so there is no audio.
