Linus believes the journalists who say pepe is a hate symbol. It's crazy that he knows so much physical technology but so little tech culture. He probably only knows about pepe from The Daily Beast, NYT, ADL, etc.
@@deViant14 pepe certainly isn't a hate symbol, but clown pepe IS. I guess people associate the stigma of clown pepe with pepe as a whole. In the end it's all just weird Americans doing weird American things.

Unlike pepe though the swastika existed for around five thousand years prior to being adopted by assholes.
Personally my first experience with pepe was on forums that white supremacists like to shit post on. So I had a less than favorable introduction to the symbol.

I had been watching Linus for a long time and I had just recently discovered your YT coz of PC stuff and then later realized u streamed on Twitch too. Your content has been amazing, Kris!
I really had no idea that you'd be coming to that stream and I was so glad you did.
I have a lot of respect for you as a creator and I remember watching the whole Livestream and I loved it when you said that you were willing to lose if it took your extra time for that PepeD just because it was your job to show appreciation for the people of your twitch community and ngl, it turned out pretty amazing (Linus seemed pretty confused and that was funny).

Watched this live and this is hilarious for the dynamics of Kris and Linus personality played out. Hopefully more vid collabs like Scrapyard Wars and others could benefit from this.

How Linus didn't get triggered by Kris's headset not peeled off?
They literally get free pc. Right here I’m trying to get my gaming pc, in my country our salary is so crap. I have to save like $130 a month and it cost almost like $2500 for a decent pc and the sad news is my saving is $0.00 right now cause during pandemic I got no job.
It's tough dude, I myself have a bare minimum of a setup myself. It's like around 200 dollars as a whole and its like old stuff with i9 that is only 5th gen or sumn with a gt450 card. It's rat shit.
But hey, just keep your head up dude. This couple of years may have been the worst, but you'll get there soon.
Kris blew my mind watching this live. I'd only seen him in among us and I he seemed like a nice guy but damn his speed in PC work and animating AND QUAKE. It's really cool to watch a craftsman at work. Like I'd seen people work on PCs but I hadn't seen them if you know what I mean

I don't understand, in these types of challenges, why the contestants always try to go through every single option in the BIOS and turn stuff back on. Do the rules state that clear-cmos is not allowed? If it were me, I would just restore factory defaults, enable XMP, apply a small overclock... boom, done!
