It's my personal experience that initially, I tried coconut chutney from different videos but couldn't get that real taste. @@vedamuddapur7736 i maintained timing of 4to 5 hours and grinded in mixie, before i used to soak from morning to late evening,so more soaking, fermentation process was less,🙏🏼
