    ಕೇವಲ ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಷ್ಟು ಹುದುಗು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಂತು? ನಾವು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಇಟ್ಟರು ಅಷ್ಟು ಹುದುಗು ಬರೋಲ್ಲ.. ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ variety matter ಆಗಬಹುದು.. ಆದರೂ ತುಂಬಾ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ!

    ಸರ್ ನೀವು ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಎಸಿಸೋಡ್ಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಇದು best episode. ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ರುಚಿಕರ ಇಡ್ಲಿ. ನೋಡಿಯೇ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಷ್ಟೊಂದು ರುಚಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂತ.

    In two hours it's impossible to get fermentation. Must have added fermenting agents with salt. Even when we afd 1: 2.5 ratio udadto rice it is not raising how can it raise in the ratio of 1:5. Truthfulness in question. Channel to enlighten viewers by getting the reply from the restaurant

    I am watching this video from the U.K. My brother lives in Bogadi and I visit him regularly during my visit and I wonder how we have missed your tasty Idli and dosa. I will certainly visit your hotel on my next visit hopefully in a couple of months time.We pay £5.00 (Rs. 500) for a masala dosa or 2 idlies and one vada with horrible chutney and sambar!     One doubt, while preparing idli dough, mixing salt is not shown. Whether they have added salt mixed with dry yeast for instant fermentation. There is nothing wrong with using yeast, which is very commonly used in bakery products.

      whole shooting is done early morning
      also when he opens the tumbler, it had almost doubled which is impossible, so they have showed alredy overnight soaked batter. so i dont think thy add soda eno yeast.

    It can't ferment within 2 hours. Also look between 14:06 to 14:10. The idly will have hundreds of holes which can be achieved only by adding soda.

      Without soda you can prepare soft idli... parboiled rice 3cups Raw rice 3 cups,soak 5hrs urad dal 1cup soak 1hr poha 1/4 cup soak 10min,grind it seperately,in grinder mix it with your hands keep it aside for 8hrs for fermentation, then prepare idli and dosa..
