  • Today we got our ECOFLOW DELTA Max (1600) Portable Power Station, which we are going to run the electric in the Campervan with.
    I tried it on various household gadgets, including an Airfryer, Kettle, Hair Dryer, Macbook, Hair Straighteners, Toaster, and Microwave.
    It did a good job on everything, and ran multiple items at the same time, though did cut off when i totally overloaded it.
    All in all I think it's a great by, and can't wait to get out in the van and try it on the go.

    Great review! There are plenty of RUclips videos from "techies", but most folks are just interested in seeing if the darn thing works! Any your review does an excellent job. Btw, I have been debating what EcoFlow to purchace. I had originally ordered the "Delta Mini", but it has output limitations and have cancelled that order. Your review has convinced me that the Delta Max will be more than sufficient for my needs!

    Loved this review, wanted one for a while.
    Im buying low wattage items which seem to save loads of power.
    So got a low wattage kettle and string lights, these seem to conserve power.

    Being here in America and always seeing 110v AC plugs and seeing what the 220v looks like in your home is an interesting sight.

      Hi there, thanks for watching. You're not wrong, it is a bit pricey, but we're hoping it will help us save money over the years, especially if we can hook up a solar panel to it.

    What about a fridge?

    • @foxystravels
      @foxystravels  7 месяцев назад

      Yeah we run a 12v fridge from it, or a 240v one too. It would be no prob with decent solar, but without solar, it will start to drain the battery after a while. We find that if you just run it for a few hours through the day, it's fine

    Is it loud

    • @foxystravels
      @foxystravels  4 месяца назад

      I’ve used it for around a year now. It hasn’t bothered me while using, but yes when the fan kicks in on full, it can get a bit loud. So the noise of the kettle in conjunction with the fan, can get noisy, it’s only for a short time.
      The fan kicks in when it’s charging too, but only intermittently.
      I wouldn’t let the noise put you off too much.

    If only it wasn't a Chinese company, and it's honestly not much cheaper than other brands. I am sure they all make their products in China but its about where the company is from. No interest in funding the ccp more than I can help it.
