I made a piston ring compressor using a PVC pipe

If you don't have proper tools while you working, it might be a brain freezing problem. But little bit of thinking power can give the shot instead of wasting a fortune. Same situation here also. While I was working with an flat head engine, I hadn't a piston ring compressor to put them back into place. So here is the solution that I came up with. Enjoy,try and learn.

Cut a piece of shim to line the PVC and a hose clamp and Bobs ya Uncle!
