That's 'cause Apologize usually requires to players. He played both parts himself and timed them so that they fit together. the blurriness is so you can see him playing the other part.
For piano players, Kyle Landry, makhonkit, and iwillbot are the best, no questions asked. They are all number one on certain songs, some they play better then the other two do. It depends on the song. makhonkit does a lot of today's songs, and some classical, like the other two do today's songs, but mainly different from him. You can't judge who is better if one does it by ear and the other by sheet music. Yeah ear is impressive, but sheet music is more talented, ear has to do with listening.
