    The American flag for the English language.......wtf.....

  • @timphillips9954
    @timphillips9954 Год назад +1

    Use an American flag and then type English underneath? Doesn't English come from ENGLAND or would you use a Mexican flag and write Spanish underneath, lol.

      The sentances in Thai aren’t highly gendered, aside from the occasional word for “Me/myself”. These sentences still the same, not a big deal

    • @jawde355
      @jawde355 Год назад +1

      @stevens1041 Of course not a big deal to choose between kha and khrap. Just mentioned that normally more male speaker try to learn thai and for them to hear the male way might be more easy 🙄

      @@LearningPhrases just one additional comment: in สวัสดี the second ส at the end of the dead syllable is reads like ต. It’s a mistake to transliterate every letter regardless of the position of the letter in the word. Another thing is that you are missing a lot of short vowels. For mere laymen who learn Thai language, there are several established transliteration systems, why not to use them?

    • @evgenyynp1090

      @@LearningPhrases and it’s not clear from your transliteration what is the tone of the syllables one shall use.

    • @TomCreedphx

      Agree. The transliteration would require a language class on it's own to understand.

      The English speaker is speaking American English, not British English. There is a difference.

    • @Rayrae580

      English has dominated the world thanks to USA power too.There's nothing wrong with using the American flag for English. Even apps like Duolingo use American flag for English and Brazil flag for Portuguese. English is usa language as much as it is England's.
