      Thank you. From a soft tissue therapy perspective, it’s the same. Be thorough and address all tissues around the hip. The movement protocol is another animal all together.

      That rule mainly applies to the muscles of the arms and legs. Work for the tendons and ligaments are treated in all directions as shown in the video

    Yeah MTs and athletes pretend like the vastus lateralis muscle doesn't exist--only the ITB! Imagine: just fascia with a missing muscle mass on the side of the leg! 😂
