Awesome review! As a newer collector. This was an instant buy for me since I don’t have the original. So it was worth getting for me. And imo, the faces look way better than the original, but that’s just my preference. I feel like everyone is mixed. None the less I love this Goku and glad I got him! Keep up the great reviews coming!
Thank you, and welcome to collecting! For someone new entering the Dragon Ball line, it’s definitely a figure worth getting. Glad you’re happy with the purchase!
Hey I just started to collect so figure arts for dragon ball well sh figure arts in general so I always go to you. Thank you, and may the best go to you and your channel
I truly appreciate your kind words. I’m glad my videos have helped you with this hobby, and may you continue to enjoy collecting these figures as much as I do.
Excluding head swapping, the Toyotarou version for sure. It looks so good with all that extra detail and the hair sculpts are the chef’s kiss. If you take head swapping into consideration, the 2020 all day. The heads sit lower and look more natural.
@@Teh1337Reviews So another RUclipsr said I should get Legendary Super sayain goku with This figure also if you have any other figures I can replace for the super sayian goku???
@@DamianFermin-by8dq Many within the S.H.Figuarts Dragon Ball community view the LSSJ Goku as the definitive Goku figure at the moment given its articulation and sculpt. I think it's a solid figure, and to answer your question, I'd take the LSSJ Goku over the Toyotaro MUI Goku for sure. But always go after what you want. If you're set on the MUI Goku, get it. If you don't care for the book that comes with the Toyotaro MUI Goku, you can look at getting the reissue of the original MUI Goku this November. It's cheaper and if you plan on doing head swaps later down the road, it'll look so much better too given the neck peg sits down further. Won't work with the LSSJ Goku cause the pegs are different, but all 2.0 Goku heads will interchange on that body.

So which do you like better Toyotarou or 2020?
Toyotarou Goku’s hair and shading is so much better. Easy W.

I need 7 more people to like this so I can get that reading!
Soon™️
No shading/paint on Gokus back. Oooof
Should I get this for my birthday
Is this the only Dragon Ball figure you're looking at? If it is, I'd say yes.

Mine came in with a super low right leg bad quality control on mine
Oof. I hate to hear that. Is it something that’s fixable?
@@Teh1337Reviews I wouldn’t know how lol I’ve reached out to Bandai, hopefully they send me some new legs
@@ernestpennysworth5145hopefully they do! I finally got a new wing for my Blue-Eyes White Dragon, took about 8 weeks.
Do the old ui goku faceplates fit on the new hair
Sadly no, the Toyotarou head sculpts are keyed to only allow the new faceplates to fit.
