    What are the tips to prevent the lower back against injuries ?

      In my experience, a strong core, hip mobility, flexibility (stretch the hamstrings). The heavy sandbags build some substantial core strength but an extra I’d recommend are ab wheel rollout. I train in the morning and usually do active warmups. I stretch and do mobility in the evenings and more of it depending on how I feel. Thats what I do outside of workouts
      Proper lifting technique as well. When lifting the sandbag, put the engagement on your legs and upper back and you won’t have any problems.
