Thank you all for viewing and your comments, its hard to believe that the customer has refused to pay me for shoveling his sewage and unblocking his not fit for purpose drain set up. I am too much of a gentleman to name and shame, their is a reason for everything and I do this job to help people and even though its a tough job I really enjoy it. I got great video footage from this job and I am really happy to leave the guy to it. Eventually he will run out of good drainage companies. God bless him.
Unbelievable. When it inevitably blocks again (which it will) tell the customer that you won't unblock it unless he pays up front. You either pay me to do it or you unblock it yourself. Running the engine for the jetter is not cheap.
Tony you should have dumped all that shit right back where it came from. And all other drain cleaning companies should be given his address. Love your videos all the best from an Irish fan😊
i can't believe that the customer refused to pay you. unfortunately, it doesn't block every day & will ring another company when it happens again, probably in a few years... if you were in my area & i had a blockage, i would call you first. i'd be grateful to get the job done & would be happy to pay. i now understand why companies require a deposit or a minimum fee before travelling out & dirtying their paws. full marks to you. 👏👏🏆
So sorry Tony. These customers make life even harder than it already is. When going the D&B route became too expensive for us, my husband was part of a group of local tradies who set up a No Go List. All it was was an Excel sheet, and members of the group could add names with verifiable details of non-payment. All the other members could then check the name before agreeing to do go to the job. Do it all over the phone, and the cust😅omer is none the wiser, and has no basis on which to take the legal action they always threaten. You take care, never realised what a heavy and physical job plumbing was.
Ok so I’m not fully initiated quite yet 🤢🤢 That was a dreadful job and I’m so sorry the customer didn’t appreciate how much work it was for YOU to clear the blockage. Love the truth of that verse!! Yeah, there's a time to turn the other cheek and a time to walk away. The client will soon learn that his magic potion was only a figment of his imagination. I pity any other drain cleaning company that follows behind you. I would feel it my duty to alert other companies of this guy's behaviour. P.S.- This is the first time I've ever heard the term cowboy customer rather than cowboy contractor/builder etc. We just call them deadbeats.

I know and believe your removal of wet-wipes by hand-tool then apply addaptive cap with port for hose attach transfer drill and transfer tube, secondary hose clip to transfer barell, than take to sewer to dump. @@dominicghani4765The way it's setup, it has literally nowhere to flow. A long path that's blocked up and no gullies whatsoever. It's a very stupid design flaw from the beginning. No one thought hey, I'm gonna put stuff (wipes) that shouldnt go down my drains, down anyway and forget that things wear out around 20 years. So that when that happens, you've given your plumber a terrible job to work. That quite frankly most would probably just deny the service or make payment up front, since there is NO WAY possible to clean up all the Dookie... which in itself where I live would be an environmental issue for the local code enforcement to issue a tickets and remedies.
If someone didn’t pay me I’ll be mad as hell too . They look up the cost of your equipment . But I don’t mine help someone if needed . But use me that makes me mad.

In other words the city would force either a gully install or some other remedy that might be cheaper, maybe some pipe addition to the front or back going up, so that clean up can be accurately done. 🤷🏽♀️ Our neibors had a problem with a busted sewage pipe a few years back... we live in a court (some call it a cul-de-sac) so the way parking is setup (no driveways), it became all 10 houses problem! Because we have NO drain in the court itself, only 2 outside the entrance/exit on each side of the entrance. And they are of zero help whatsoever to the court. When it rains... it builds up in the curb, some of it goes out the main street drains, but the majority is forced to be soaked up in the ground by the cracks in the curb, and the sun dries up the rest. And at the head of the court entrance in front of our island theres always a huge puddle that just has to dry up on its own. So the court staying clean is very important to say the least. Anyway, neighbors sewage became the whole neighborhoods problem because they were just gonna leave it!!! Im not big on calling authorities of any kind on anyone... but the whole neighborhood was forced to on this issue. Because technically even though we live in a court/cul-de-sac the street itself is still part of the city including the island. Even though I care for the grass on the island its still technically city property. We had toilet paper, wipes, tampons.... and PADS!!!!!! Floating next to our passnger side car doors!😭😭😭 We had to step over it to get to our home if we had to leave or come in! The biggest problem was the neighbor was/is not the home owner but a renter and unfortunately is also a slumlord. He got his hands on three of the 10 houses in our court and weve bought 1 back, so now he only has 1 on each side. Anyway all of us owners got together and forced him to clean up however he wanted OR we would pay to have it done, take him to court for payment and take his houses (we have had many grievances and issues with this slum lord over the years, our court is nice, we'd like to keep ot that was.
