Being a Homeowner I'd have pulled the manhole cover on the Road. Although I have 2 manholes on My Garden.......1 is solely for the Rest of the Street Then into My manhole on the Rear of the Property Had to do it at My last address........Blocked by Action Man from nextdoor and 3doors up Faulty Garage installed Toilet!!! EDIT 3doors up also placed a Shed on top of their Manhole 😂😂 2nd EDIT Subscribed 👍
