It's all uniquely built for this one of a kind home. This house holds many ingredients to my forever home that I will have. Deep eaves, floor to ceiling glass, non traditional walls, 12' ceilings. I imagine it's quite efficient with the quality materials. I can't imagine what the interior and exterior lighting look like. What a masterpiece. Outstanding work Matt!

Gotta love that cheap labor! I wish I would have hired an out-of-state crew to do my house in Houston. Nobody here knows how to hide a butt joint anymore, half cant even get a tapered joint right!
I'm always blown away by the craftsmanship on your builds but this has by-far been my favorite design as far as architectural detail. I would have loved to see more floor plan, though!

Those flush mount doors should be standard in every build. I absolutely hate traditional door framing and skirting. (Yes yes I know, it's a fraction of the cost of doing these flush mounted...) Such a nice standard on details. Nice to see and how nice of the owner to show their house like this.

More than a home more than a structure a beautiful very beautiful piece of art !!! I've been in construction all my life and all involved should be very very proud !!! There's only one big thing that would make it better if it was totally off-grid self-sustaining . If you could truly establish that in a home you would truly be above all others ! Aquaponics Hydroponics with some cool water features added would be most premium ! Mimic that outside glass wall with an indoor desert Aquarium and Atrium would be really cool too . or the jungle same bringing the jungle to the desert might be cool also . Tons of well-deserved love and appreciation !!!!!!!!9
Since it's a very practical and useful channel I would like to have an idea of average cost. I love when builders don't use baseboards to connect between floor to walls. this house is incredible and timeless.

I’m kind of down the middle here. The house is visually stunning and the details in craftsmanship are impeccable, but the house came off as really cold to me. The architects did a great job with the wood in the home, as it really lifts the home and warms up the spaces, but it’s still not cozy-the concrete floors are just too much in my opinion, a warm and light neutral ivory limestone would have done magic. This is a home I would look forward to getting an invite to, and I’d enjoy every minute of it, but I would not want to be the one living in it.

I love the the small details, precise, well executed finishes. I wish you guys set up in India, and all the materials were availiable here in my part of the world as well. I'm for the state of Mizoram, and honestly the carpenters, ppl who install windows etc here still not that good. Forget having the money for it, but finding the ppl who can do such a great and dedicated job is a problem🤦🏽♂️
