I think date raping and assaulting women enough for it to be his primary character trait in the earlier seasons (as well as a continued gag later) makes me disagree.
Brian should be in the grey area now since he acts like a father figure to Stewie in the later seasons and takes care of him.
Y'all did Ida dirty. She's an adult and can sleep with any consenting adult/sentient dog she wants. How is that worse than Mort Goldman essentially buying his son a slave?
You could argue that Ida is bad because there's an episode where Quagmire sleeps with her because his girlfriend at the time pressures him to, but you could also write that off as a non-canon joke, I suppose.
Worst part is she didn't even know that drian was quagmire enemy. I'd say she's kinda bad for sleeping with a dog but that's nothing to do with her parenting abilities

Peter has brutally injured all three of his kids on more than one occasion, has openly admitted his disgust towards them, and just straight up verbally abuses them for his own amusement. If he isn't the most evil animated dad of all time, I don't know who is.

In Season 9 Episode 3, When Carter cheats on Babs, it's revealed that he may have also molested Lois. When Babs tries to wake him up, he groggily says, "It's okay, Lois. Daddy's just taking your temperature." Can't believe you forgot to mention that!

2. Catherine Miller - She took care of Cruella to avoid getting her killed by Baroness
3. Anita Darling - She was always a good friend of Cruella unlike the most of kids
Artie - He saved Horace and Wink from George who tried to kill them

Principal - He held a grudge against Cruella but he only did that because he thought that she is a bad kid
Buddy and Wink - They are both very nice dogs who truly care for their masters and saved them from trouble many times and could easily qualify as Good if they weren't assisting their masters in stealing stuff

Peter Griffin is the most evil parent in family guy I mean come on have you seen what he does to his kids (especially Meg) and the things he does might make him win the award for " worst cartoon parent " not to mention that the laws he's broken including abuse of alcohol.
When it comes to Peter and Meg Peter may not be Meg's biological father, Meg's biological father maybe Stan Thompson.
Definitely a good video enjoyed the content, considering a good majority of it was relevant to newer episodes.
It will be interesting how the show maybe changing in the near future, but a group of individuals who seldomly complain about the show, disabled individuals and they definitely have stuff to complain about, when it comes to the show.

I think Ida deserves leniency to be a better ranking than even Muriel. He wasn't around enough for Glen growing up because he was in the service.
In one episode tho Carter whispers in his sleep "dont worry Lois daddy's just taking your temperatue" and when he gives carol away at her wedding he says she has weird boobs- both of these suggest hes sexually abused his daughters in some way and I think that lands him the most evil.

I think Peter Griffin is a better father than Glenn Quagmire because Peter, despite him being abusive, still takes responsibility for being a father as he accompanied Chris and Meg until their teens and will be the same in adulthood as we see them together in future-focused episodes and the same goes for Stewie while Quagmire never accompanied any of his many children while growing up and doesn't give a damn about parental responsibilities unlike Peter (Regarding the matter of Brian and his son, I find the abandonment more understandable since Brian is a dog so the matter is different from that of Quagmire and his children)
God gave Peter one wish. He could of wished for anyhting. And he wished for Meg to not exist.
Peter is an idiot and that means he doesn't say what he really thinks sometimes like that time as we see Peter bond with Meg in some episodes and he even saved her life once and temporarily he starts treating her better so i don't think that he wants to kill Meg but that's just my opinion of course

I mean, Peter is a bad father, for sure, but Quagmire is worse for the reasons I listed, however it makes perfect sense to give Peter the silver medal for worst parent on the list in my opinion.
