another sweet, encouraging ... and pretty ... visit with you this beautiful autumn Sunday morning in Olympia, WA ... today i will play and enjoy my simple sketch book. Best to you and your darling husband.
Great sketchbook and artists talk, your approach is always so generous open and curious. You should be so proud of that sketchbook it is a beauty - definitely will make a beautiful book. Wouldn’t it be so fun when your art is a coffee table book too! I would love it.
I do love your sketchbook! And I too, have been binge watching your video's since finding them. And it's so obvious you are really enjoying the process. Thank you for taking us along on your journey!
My thoughts exactly Sandi on keeping sketchbooks. They are so satisfying to look back through and transport you to a certain moment - it's like time travel!!
Your advice about painting for yourself vs. Painting to sell is super valid. I have recently come to this conclusion myself. It is the reason that keeps me from being creative is worrying if it will be sellable. Ive decided "who cares"! If i paint for myself then the rest will come but i have to be open to creating for ME. Then the muse will come.....
I love looking at other artists sketchbooks! Would love to collect copies. I just adorn your art. It makes me feel joy and childlike play. God bless you! ♥️
I absolutely love watching you paint and play with all kinds of different art supplies!! I found your channel a few months ago and have binge watched all your videos!! I was always so intimidated by my sketchbooks thinking everything had to be perfect because it was permanent. You taught me it is ok to play and have fun and loosen up in my sketchbooks and now i can not wait to use it everyday!! Thank you so much!! Also, I'd love to see you paint more loose florals!!!
What I love about your sketchbook and art style is that it is so free yet so detailed at the same time. I’ve been so controlled in what I do that I don’t get the beauty of the under colors. When you throw so many under colors, they just add so much depth to the piece. Seeing you paint even sped up shows that your paintings went on a journey to come alive. Love to watch you paint.
I definitely am not at your caliber but I use my sketchbook like a “photo album” when I’m out. And because I’m observing so intently to paint, I really am in the moment and cement the experience in my soul. Your words resonated.
Beautiful Sandi and a great portrait of Grady too. I think sketchbooks are very good for our mental health, they are great for anxiety and keeping us happy, just like you are ! Have a happy weekend xxx
Sandi When I have a sketch that I love, I usually photocopy it, then I use transfer paper to trace it onto my painting surface. That way if I screw up my painting, I still have my original sketch and can try again! It works great for me. It’s always so much fun watching your process videos. Keep up the beautiful work.
I’m always getting so excited when I watch or rewatch one of your videos. You made me love my sketchbooks more and have more fun with them. That sketchbook is so pretty, love the painting of both your cats. You’re just the perfect art teacher !
This is a great way of thinking of art making Sandi! I wish I could twist my brain around to your way of thinking, as I so often stop myself making anything by thinking about what styles are cool or popular right now, etc. I may try to turn myself around yet! Lol. Thank you for all the inspiration! Your video had to wait 3 WHOLE DAYS for me to find some me time, but it was worth the wait. Please keep them coming!
Thank you Cari! It really does take work and time to train your thinking - I still have situations where I have to push myself so just keep at it and have fun!
I have been binge-watching your video's this week while working on an important artwork. I absolutely love your stories and of course your art! You are so wholesome, inspiring and relaxing to watch. I strive to be an artist like you, maybe not quite art-style wise but rather to find the same joy you have while painting and being confident and proud of your work.
Only just found you, but already I'm loving your fearlessness, confidence and philosophy when creating art. I'm looking forward to watching your backlog vlogs. Thank you Sandi. Wendy 😊🎨💐
I would buy a coffee book like that. I love the sketches and the mess and the finished paintings. It's an artists workbook. I have learned so much. I now can do faces with correct portions now because of your tutorial. I'd love a skin tones vlog. Long vidoes of you painting wouldn't be boring at all. You are an inspiration! Thanks Sandi. Love your art vlogs and raw honest style. They're a treat.
WOW! So much fun to see your completed sketchbook and to listen to the storytelling of how you paint. I just love Fridays because I get to see your work. Thank you!
was an amazing video from Sandi, I've always watched my Mum painting when I was young and it made developed so much interest and love for art, Hello there I'm BARRY and I would like to know you if you don't mind
Just finished binge watching all your channel, backwards! Now I can't wait for you to release a video each week. You have been so inspiring to watch, love it all!!! ❤❤❤
Great great GREAT!! I needed this video!! I have battled my sketchbook ideology for forever. So glad to know you have varying levels of sketchbook artwork too!! I have some that are conceptual sketchbooks, others that are a hodgepodge of techniques and some with completed paintings. It helped to hear how you think about your sketchbook journey. Hugs dear artist friend!!
18:04. Sandi spitting straight facts. I get so much flak for working in journals. It’s a place for me to learn and , of course , if I hate it, I can just tear it out and throw it away. Hahahha
I look forward to your videos each week. Always filled with inspiration and fun! Congratulations on finishing this beautiful sketchbook. I would be so proud!!! As a beginner to painting, I love the process until a friend or family member asks me to paint something for them. It absolutely does kill my creativity and joy. I get horribly anxious, and second guess everything. My favorite pieces are the ones where I was just playing!
So satisfying to have a finished sketchbook and exciting to start another! After painting in my travel sketchbook really quickly and loosely with pen and watercolour, I started to be able to bring that fresh quality into my paintings. I've just made some of those sketches into cards to sell but the originals will always stay in the book with me.
I just adore you. I love your mannerisms and child-like expression. And even though your style is polar opposite of what I love to do, I'm drawn (no pun intended) to watch your videos. And yes, I'm learning from you! I love your advice about just getting in there and start creating and that the selling will come. That just makes me happy to think about and takes the pressure off. Anyway, I love how honest you are. God Bless you!
Congrats on finishing your beautiful sketchbook! I’m sure that gives you such a feeling of accomplishment! Selling your artwork is certainly gratifying; completing such a special sketchbook that documents personal artistic achievement for YOU: Priceless! (No…never sell the paintings…they’re too personally precious…but a book?…that would be really sweet.) As an artist who’s busy “developing my body of work,” yet anxious to sell “some” of my creations too, I get it why artists who aren’t that far along ask you about how to sell theirs. I just sold my first artwork …a small abstract landscape at a local art show…I was thrilled and I’d like to sell more, but in terms of starting up like a machine and cranking out stuff that I only care about because think it will sell is not something I can do. I do have some art I’ve created in the last couple of years that I may sell as prints….and I do smaller art….but I want whatever I sell to represent my creative persona…so “the good stuff” that I may sell originals of is coming out at a slower pace or “still cooking.” It takes time. 👍
Keep the precious dear and near! In a book. So many odd to others paintings Ive done and solely for me tucked into a binder. For occasional perusal with a cup of tea in the quiet. Oh joy!
I love that last page, I enjoy the way u do portraits, especially the red noses and ears. They are fun! And oh if I'm happy about seeing a sketchbook being finished, even if it's not mine lol that's a great feeling!! I'm gonna buy a big one for myself soon and use it only for paints hopefully. Great content as always! Edit to add: You mentioned creating for one self, I do that to a point in which I can't share my work and resist maybe starting to sell it. Not that I'm a "real artist" or something like that, but my sister fights me on this all the time because she goes from the idea that because I create, I should sell.
Another great one, Sandi! I only started keeping a sketchbook recently for the first time since probably college. I usually doodle digitally with procreate on the iPad and finish my drawing for work there. But starting a sketchbook has been the MOST fun I’ve had with art in a long time. It’s not just me drawing designs for my stationery to sell. I can play and have fun and process my feelings and creativity there and I’m so glad I’m doing it. Now I’m *thisclose* to wrapping up my first sketchbook, hooray! ☝️But of course, like most artists, I have a second sketchbook on deck that I couldn’t wait to break in and I temporarily abandoned the first sketchbook to play with that one. Why do we do that??? Now I’m back to sketchbook #1 and determined to finish this baby up now- only 7 pages to go!😂
wow there really are some nice pieces in this sketchbook, i saw the last flip but somehow enjoyed this one more (maybe just where my mind is at i noticed more today) really loved all the bright colours and all the pinks. I love my art journals/sketchbooks. I only recently started to do some regular practice and decided that i want to do everything in journals/sketchbooks. I do not sell anyway so I would rather have my work in books then put away somewhere not being enjoyed. I recently did a picture for my dad of my grandad and i even did that in my sketchbook and then cut it out, I am going to print a copy of it and glue this to the flap that is left for that page. I decided that would be a good way to give pictures to others but still keep a reference of it and it will be in the right place within my sketchbooks so i will know when i did it and still be able to see the progression in my work. I really am loving working in sketchbooks, i have a load of them for all different things faces, poses, buildings, objects etc. I know it will take me so much longer to complete them but it is so much fun anyway. :) I just made some concertina sketchbooks I have been doing buildings/landscapes on the pages and having elements like flowers run between the pages it is so much fun. :)
Sandi, how exciting to have finished a sketch book! because of you, I have been painting in a sketch book as well and love it, I love flipping through it. I agree with all your points about using a sketch book. Thanks for a great video
yay! for finishing the sketchbook and happy birthday to Grady! i hardly ever keep my sketchbooks for too long, don't have the space to keep them. i do wish i had of kept my sketchbooks from graphic design at uni tho, could make a video with them lol
I agree on the selling squelching creativity. It has taken me so long to work on things that family members ask for because the expectations feel a bit oppressing, even though I want to be able to do things for people. It's not that they stifle me. It's my own brain sabotaging everything.
Great work Sandi 😊What is it with a sketchbook that makes me think.....gotta fill it🤪.I admire the way you want to commit to it by producing such a great body of work in yours, mine ends up messy with copious amounts of notes, but if I can make sense of it all it means something to me.I loved your Book reviews,I am looking into(and throwing out heavy hints) for a Book on the St Ives Artsts of the 50s and 60s,they were a community of Artists that changed slightly over the years but their work is or was amazing,we hope to go there on Holiday next Summer. Love your videos sooooo much and share them with Arty friends ❤️
You are an amazing artist Sandi! My style is similar to yours but I lean to more abstraction at times and realism on other occasions. I'm in the process of making my own RUclips channel and I have to buy a gooseneck phone holder so I can record my art making process. I'm all excited! I would really love it if you could talk about making a RUclips channel! That would be invaluable to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's tough being poor and not being able to afford things. And art materials are very expensive, as you well know! Another thing that I'd love is if you'd talk about being a professional artist. I want to be one in time. First I must create! Thanks so much Sandi for your lovely videos! Keep safe and keep posting!
Loved this! Wish we could have a video everyday! 😁 Btw, went to Eastside Donuts today. Rosemary Latte and pumpkin spice donut. 😋. I never noticed it was there across from Jerry’s until I watched one of your videos the other day where you and Grady were there. 😂
When you were painting Grady on the last page of your sketch book, at first, you made 'cat ears' for his hair line...and I was like, "where is she going with those cat ears". As usual, great video, thanks for posting.
Hi Sandi, Your sketchbook is beautiful. Absolutely love the way you paint with so much passion, joy and looseness. Were you using the Liquitex acrylic paint on the flowers and Grady? Cheers
What’s the mirror thingee do! What paints do you use? Are they mixed before you put in your little pots? Great sketchbook completed! Kudos! Great attitude, perspective on your art!
As always sandy a lot of good advice and inspiration. I haven’t picked up my sketchbook in a few days and I’m feeling it 😩 not good. I need to just paint something for me, just because 🙌🏾
I friggin love you!!!! And i love that you’re from Tennessee!!! Howdy 🤠 love and hugs from California!! Xoxo PS because of you I started an art journal for sketching and rough painting and it’s the best way to create art and practice without the pressure!!!! Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ haha
Servus Sandi! I really love your funny and so interesting videos. I have so much to learn about lightness in painting. In this video you looked through your mirror to change your painting-background. I don't understand. What's the difference, when you look through your mirror? Greetings from Vienna/Austria/Europe. Ursula
Totally agree with you Sandy about keeping a sketchbook! For me they are a place to put down ideas and have become great references for more finished work, there is nothing better that have your own inspiration. And as you said all the memories that bring back when you go through them! I am now trying to have a "nicer" sketchbook as mines are usually really messy and cheap so I am not afraid of drawing, but find it difficult as I approach the nicer sketchbook too scared and perfectionist... do you have any tricks on loosening up? not sure if this is the right expression :)..
That was outstanding! Wow!!! Thank you!!! Curious: you talk about having different caliber work in various sketchbooks. Do you choose to work in specific sketchbooks knowing you will be going for a high caliber drawing or painting in it and others knowing beforehand that they are for trying things out, writing text, just playing around, or whatever? I’ve been doing a 100 day challenge, teaching myself to use gouache. Some days I didn’t have much time so made half-baked drawings or even just squiggled something in because I was super busy. On other days I spent a couple of hours on one painting. But now the sketchbook has some really good and some really bad pages. So, again, I’m curious about how you go about choosing which one to work in and if you know in advance that one or another is for the fully realized work. Thanks! :-)
Thanks Sandi. I always enjoy your words of wisdom. Love your sketchbook too. Just wanted to ask if you are familiar with Grandma Moses and what you think of her work? (-: Marion
Wonderful-also-wanted to mention Dorland’s wax sealant-saw on Sarah Burns channel-she demonstrated this for sealing all kinds of media-thought of your pastels too-it seems like a good alternative to spray adhesives-thanks for your wonderful art💕
Hi Sandi! I know you were talking about “flesh” tones, but it sounded like It was white/pale skin. Can you talk of darker flesh tones and how to better capture those?
Oh yes, that would be really helpful! Not all 'flesh tone' is pinky white. Skin comes in many beautiful colors 😊 It would be fab to have a tutorial about mixing all skin tones.
Congratulations on finishing it!! YAY! I have started maybe 15 of these, and THIS time I am absolutely sure I will finish it, (now 12 pages in) due to your wonderful advice! But, I am searching everywhere for some prompts I know I saw in one of your videos, do you remember which one, Sandy?
Hi, Sandi! I recently found your channel and I love watching you and your personality! I even bought the giant Moleskine sketchbook! I noticed you using the mirror and red view finder. Would you be able to explain those two items and how you use them?
@@sandihester Thank you! I’m going to try the mirror from now on. I was struggling on the last two projects I painted and I’ll bet that would have made the difference. And I appreciate your reply😊 I’ve learned some great things from you in the short time I have been watching.
Sandi, this may seem like an obvious question, but can you take us through how you have your pictures hanging...are they taped to the wall, I know you have a magnet board on one wall, I think... but what about under your big shelf, are those taped or nailed? I have such a hard time trying to figure out how to put up all my unframed stuff, looking for ideas.
hi Sandi: I know you probably mentioned it before but what paint are you using? this looks like gouache? I love that it is so flat. Great job on this wonderful sketchbook! It will be so wonderful for you to look back on in the years to come.... wonderful!
I’ve linked the paint in the description of the video - almost all videos I do that so you can always just look down there because I do use different paints at tines
Hi Sandi, thanks for your videos, they make me so relaxed and inspire me so much. ❤ quick question do you gesso your sketchbook pages before you paint.😊
Hi Sandi,I have been looking at a guy on here called Ken Spooner,he’s a Cornish artist,I think you would love his ‘Sky Boats and other Voyages’ video.x
Loved your sketchbook tour. In the scene (2.30) where you're painting in your sketchbook I noticed you're listening to a podcast or something in the background and they sounded like they had australian accents. What was the name of the programe you were listening to - I'm in Australia by the way. Thanks.
I’ve been following you during the COVID pandemic. You’ve been such an inspiration to me to do sketch booking a lot more So love your creativity and use of color. I also love your dining room yellow walls! Can you share the paint company and name of that color?
another sweet, encouraging ... and pretty ... visit with you this beautiful autumn Sunday morning in Olympia, WA ... today i will play and enjoy my simple sketch book. Best to you and your darling husband.

Yes!!!! One of my goals for sure!
I couldn’t add a better comment.
I would buy that!!
Yes!!! I would love a Sandi Hester coffee table book! One day, I know it will happen!
I really like that sketch of Grady. It has certainly captured the essence of him. I also love your dining room…it’s a very pretty colour.

You’ll be one of the first to hear about the 1st edition!!! 🥰

I know these are for you to keep, but I would also love it if you ever decided to publish a sketchbook art book. Love your work.
Sure hope to one day!

I do have some art I’ve created in the last couple of years that I may sell as prints….and I do smaller art….but I want whatever I sell to represent my creative persona…so “the good stuff” that I may sell originals of is coming out at a slower pace or “still cooking.” It takes time. 👍

In a book. So many odd to others paintings Ive done and solely for me
tucked into a binder. For occasional perusal with a cup of tea in the quiet.
Oh joy!
I absolutely love watching her paint, she's so hilarious

Love the watching you paint!!!!
Ohhhh good 🙌

Making art for yourself is the most important indeed, it's the only way to create art that is truly interesting as it's going to be more personal.
Agreed!
Love both paintings.. ❤
Selling comes - you just keep enjoying creating for now.
Now I’m back to sketchbook #1 and determined to finish this baby up now- only 7 pages to go!😂
I’m soooooo guilty of doing that!!!! 😂😂😂
Loved this thanks for sharing Sandi ♥️
So glad you liked it Deborah!!! Hope you’re doing well!

STUDIO VLOG n.44: IT'S A WRAP. Best clip. Watch in Oct 1, 2021. I support your channel. Thank you very much
wow there really are some nice pieces in this sketchbook, i saw the last flip but somehow enjoyed this one more (maybe just where my mind is at i noticed more today) really loved all the bright colours and all the pinks.
So cool! Thanks for sharing!
Sandi, how exciting to have finished a sketch book! because of you, I have been painting in a sketch book as well and love it, I love flipping through it. I agree with all your points about using a sketch book. Thanks for a great video
That’s great to hear Gwen!!!

yay! for finishing the sketchbook and happy birthday to Grady!
i hardly ever keep my sketchbooks for too long, don't have the space to keep them. i do wish i had of kept my sketchbooks from graphic design at uni tho, could make a video with them lol
What do you do with them?
recycle the ones i can and just bin the rest. i would personally have a big bonfire with them, but kind of frowned on to have bonfires here
I agree on the selling squelching creativity. It has taken me so long to work on things that family members ask for because the expectations feel a bit oppressing, even though I want to be able to do things for people. It's not that they stifle me. It's my own brain sabotaging everything.
Totally get that!
I absolutely love watching her paint, she's so hilarious
Hello there I'm BARRY and it would be nice if we get to know each other if you don't mind
sketchbooks are my favorite way to create art!
They’re really wonderful!!
Thank you for sharing the videos! Let me know what you think of that book!
Love your sketchbooks. I have been using mine more now. Your enthusiasm is catching and makes me get off the couch and onto painting. Take care ❤️
Win!! 🤗

this looks so fun Sandi! im inspired to try some faces :-)
Go for it!
Nice shirt color. Love the expression on his face
I actually talk about being a professional artist in a recent video - can’t remember exactly which one. Good luck with it Michele!
Enjoyed it very much. And I did appreciate, so much, your face drawing tutorial.
Oh good - I’m glad the face drawing was helpful!
Loved this! Wish we could have a video everyday! 😁 Btw, went to Eastside Donuts today. Rosemary Latte and pumpkin spice donut. 😋. I never noticed it was there across from Jerry’s until I watched one of your videos the other day where you and Grady were there. 😂
That is hysterical!!!!!! They have great donuts!!
P.s Love the way Gradey always gets the Chest Hair 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know 😂😂😂

Hello there I'm BARRY and it would be nice if we get to know each other if you don't mind
When you were painting Grady on the last page of your sketch book, at first, you made 'cat ears' for his hair line...and I was like, "where is she going with those cat ears". As usual, great video, thanks for posting.
Lol I thought the same thing.
That is so funny!!!!! 😂
Hi Sandi, Your sketchbook is beautiful. Absolutely love the way you paint with so much passion, joy and looseness. Were you using the Liquitex acrylic paint on the flowers and Grady? Cheers
Thank you! I can’t remember- I may have been using SoFlat - I have it listed in the description of the video - I always list what I use in each video
What’s the mirror thingee do! What paints do you use? Are they mixed before you put in your little pots? Great sketchbook completed! Kudos! Great attitude, perspective on your art!
The paintings are listed in the description- you can always find the supplies I used in the description 🤗
As always sandy a lot of good advice and inspiration. I haven’t picked up my sketchbook in a few days and I’m feeling it 😩 not good. I need to just paint something for me, just because 🙌🏾
It’s just paper - get in there and have some fun!
Well goodness! What a great comment to get - thank you and way to go on starting a journal 🤗🙌🤗
Servus Sandi! I really love your funny and so interesting videos. I have so much to learn about lightness in painting. In this video you looked through your mirror to change your painting-background. I don't understand. What's the difference, when you look through your mirror?
Greetings from Vienna/Austria/Europe. Ursula
The mirror just helps you see it fresh and some how it helps you see mistakes
As the song proclaims “you move me, out of my self and into the fire 🔥 “
I LOVELY YOUR HOUSE, I LOVELY YOUR PAINT
Thank you!
I think you just have to jump in there and remember that it’s just paper!!! Have fun 🤗
Thanks! :-)
Yes, it depends on the quality and size of the sketchbook to how I use it
LOVE IT.
So glad!!! Thank you!
Thanks Sandi. I always enjoy your words of wisdom. Love your sketchbook too. Just wanted to ask if you are familiar with Grandma Moses and what you think of her work? (-: Marion
I am familiar with her! I love folk art and I love her work
Good video thanks for sharing!
You’re very welcome!!! Thanks for watching!
Wonderful-also-wanted to mention Dorland’s wax sealant-saw on Sarah Burns channel-she demonstrated this for sealing all kinds of media-thought of your pastels too-it seems like a good alternative to spray adhesives-thanks for your wonderful art💕
Ohhh, I’ll check it out - thanks
@@sandihester it is actually called Dorland’s wax medium (I just ordered some :)
@@zenandink3531 oh yes, I have some of that!
@@sandihester really?-have you tried it as a sealant? …like on your pastels or gouache?-or, is this a new use for it? :)
@@zenandink3531 I have tried it and I don’t love it for water-soluble things because you apply the wax it reconstitutes the paint
Hi Sandi! I know you were talking about “flesh” tones, but it sounded like It was white/pale skin. Can you talk of darker flesh tones and how to better capture those?
I'd love a skin tone vlog pleeeease! And yes, different skin tones. Where to add different tones too. I love this so much.
Oh yes, that would be really helpful! Not all 'flesh tone' is pinky white. Skin comes in many beautiful colors 😊 It would be fab to have a tutorial about mixing all skin tones.
Good point there! I use the same mix I just make it darker and push it to the cooler or warmer tone for the flesh. Hope that helps!
So glad to hear that! I don’t remember which one unfortunately. I think the thumbnail is me sitting in the den though
@@sandihester Ahaaa, thank you, and whats the «den»? 🙈
@@elisabethsvendby Oh - ha, the green room off the studio.
Hi, Sandi! I recently found your channel and I love watching you and your personality! I even bought the giant Moleskine sketchbook!
I noticed you using the mirror and red view finder. Would you be able to explain those two items and how you use them?
Hey Jessica! The mirror helps you spot issue areas and gives you a new perspective and the red thing helps you see value
@@sandihester Thank you! I’m going to try the mirror from now on. I was struggling on the last two projects I painted and I’ll bet that would have made the difference.
And I appreciate your reply😊 I’ve learned some great things from you in the short time I have been watching.
@@jessicatowneart I literally CAN NOT paint a painting without it!! I look more in the mirror thank straight on!
Those under the shelf are magnetized - I stuck 50 million push pins in the wall after I realized a magnet would stick to them 😆
@@sandihester does that mean the walls are magnetic? like sheets of aluminum?
@@sandihester I finally came across you discussing this in your studio tour from last October. So clever.
@@alcefaly ohhhhh good! Hope it made sense
hi Sandi: I know you probably mentioned it before but what paint are you using? this looks like gouache? I love that it is so flat. Great job on this wonderful sketchbook! It will be so wonderful for you to look back on in the years to come.... wonderful!
I’ve linked the paint in the description of the video - almost all videos I do that so you can always just look down there because I do use different paints at tines
Mirror mirror on the wall who’s the fairest of them all...?? Why it’s Sandi Hester! ❤️😘
😂😂😂 thank you 🤗
Hi Sandi, thanks for your videos, they make me so relaxed and inspire me so much. ❤ quick question do you gesso your sketchbook pages before you paint.😊
So glad you’re enjoying the videos. I do not gesso my sketchbook pages - I just jump right in
Hi Sandi,I have been looking at a guy on here called Ken Spooner,he’s a Cornish artist,I think you would love his ‘Sky Boats and other Voyages’ video.x
Ohhhh! I’ll check him out!
Loved your sketchbook tour. In the scene (2.30) where you're painting in your sketchbook I noticed you're listening to a podcast or something in the background and they sounded like they had australian accents. What was the name of the programe you were listening to - I'm in Australia by the way. Thanks.
Possibly Talking with Painters podcast
Just a tip to be mindful when saying "flesh tone". People have all kinds of skin tones. Thanks.
Yep! I use the same 3 colors
I love your dress! May I ask where you got it?
I think at TJ max
I’ve been following you during the COVID pandemic. You’ve been such an inspiration to me to do sketch booking a lot more So love your creativity and use of color. I also love your dining room yellow walls! Can you share the paint company and name of that color?
Thank you Ann!! Unfortunately I don’t know the color name - it was a long time ago that we painted them
I absolutely love watching her paint, she's so hilarious
Hello there I'm BARRY and it would be nice if we get to know each other if you don't mind
Sandi what is the brand of that sketchbook again? Im a bit perplexed about sketchbookology and which one to use for what
It’s listed in the description of the video. Sorry I confused you
