What BTDC values would you recommend to maximize the performance with the injected amount of fule without changing the stock noozles and do not directly blow the headbolts? So for example if i set the duration for 70mg and with the stock SOI values i´m finished arround 10° ATDC at maybe 4000RPM how much SOI would you say is pretty safe on 1.9TDI? Stock values for 60mg are: 4000 - 24,5° 3500 - 21,5° 3250 - 19,9° 3000 - 18,0° 2700 - 15,0° 2400 - 13,0° 2200 - 12,5° 2000 - 12,5° So what values at different RPM would make the engine more efficent with the 70mg duration, would be nice if you can give me some advise. Why į dont see you adjust n75 maps, yet į see you adjust them on VP powered engines? ar Ecu principles of different engines different? Does it actually Control turbo well based of boost request and boost limit maps?
Hi, probably you are confusing n146 map with n75 map, in VP n146 is somthing like duration map in PD engine. I don't touch the n75 map unless undercharging/overcharging seen in logs. I don't remember showing the N75 map modifications in the video, but maybe I forgot :)
Mapa nm2iq to mapa kalibracyjna, przeliczająca ilość paliwa na moment obrotowy, dawke za pomocą tej mapy ustawiamy pośrednio, bo glownym limiterem jest torque limiter. Najprościej EDC16 to EDC15 tylko ogranicznik momentu obrotowego jest wyrażony w Nm nie mg.

More or less half of the fuel should be injected from TDC to 5 deggres ATDC. Watch also my video soi eoi doi. Thanks.

For 75 MG, don’t touch soi ? Soi is limited to 60 mg
Or advance 60mg = advance 70 mg?
It will use soi from the last column, so from 60mg.
Will this fine tun work on 1.9 tdi 96kw pd130 ?
Yes, it will work on any engine equipped with MAF sensor.

W skrócie logika jest taka sama, problemem może być odnaleźć wszystkie limitery.

I think You can set duration up to 39 degrees, I don't know at the moment how many mg it would be but You can calculate it. 🙂

Eoi up to 8 is very safe, 10-12 is good too, so if 27 soi is max safe duration up to 37-39 is ok.
