Sir, please I am encountering some challenge. I can't open data folder on this file path: C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\Data. But the uploads folder is opening. I read your response here says it will open if I am the system admin. But I don't still understand how to sort this out. Please help. Thank you.
Hi Amit, I have been trying to install this on my W10, but it shows the version 5, also no options of workbench & shell in the application section (only shows for router)

Why did you perform "change environment variables" at 6:25? Is it necessary?
To avoid reaching the bin path again and again. On setting the Environment Variables, on CMD, you just need to add the command… that’s it. No need to reach the complete path every time on the command prompt to initiate MySQL.

Let it get installed. It would be Visual C++ Reditributable package.

It installs using the installer. Obviously, yes. 👍 When you click on the exe/ msi file, the packages install from the Internet.
1 year before iam downloaded mysql at that time it is worked properly. Now its not working so, iam uninstalled mysql and again installed it says welcome back and not getting from starting and iam installed and uninstalled 8 times and im not getting the problem please solve my problem sir, what should i do for install mysql from starting(instead of welcome back please tell me how to get choose setup type)
