I changed my routine from nigh owl to early bird after around 2 weeks of continuity. I used to sleep at 4-5 AM, now I used to wake up at 3-4 AM 😃😃. Thank you sir for this video. REM sleep is very beneficial especially students and others. if anybody who did not complete his sleep ,yoga nidra is important to complete previous night sleep. 1 hour yoga nidra is equal to 4 hours deep sleep if it is done systematically. resurrect your circadian biological clock ,do not awake in late night ,do not use mobile phone and tablets too much (it emits blue light which decrease melatonin hormones which helps us to sleep ,if this harmones gets malfunctioned then biological clock will be disturbed . do pranayam 10 min daily u will see change in your sleep pattern . before 2 hours of sun rising is known as brahmamuhurt . its the time when prana energy (vital force) is founded abundance. if u awake in brahma muhurt ,u will feel energetic all of day . during brahma muhurt the melatonin begins to decrease ,it informs our brain and help us to awake. do not search how much should i sleep . everyone has different circadian system . if u feel mentally as well as physically comfort and no dizziness and drowsiness then u r ok .

I agree with your advice here that waking up early has its own benefits.. But I think it is not possible for everyone to follow this routine ..especially people who are working.. Majority of them returns home from work at 8-9 pm... So if they go by this rule.. Lets say they finish their dinner by 10 pm so they won't be going to sleep before at least 11:30..now considering the fact that an average human being needs at least 6-7 hours of sleep they won't be able to wake up before 7 am... But yes this advice is definitely beneficial for students

In time management video, u told only 4 hrs sleep is necessary,it is not going to affect in anyway,earlier it was said that 7-8hrs sleep is necessary but now this is not true. But in this video u are saying the same, 7 hours is necessary to sleep. It is not going to affect if we are reducing it for a period of time,i.e.1 or 2 year. but for long time,it is going to affect definitely. First time i found something inconsistent in your video. Might be m not able to interprete.. but i thing u should clear it. Don't think i dont trust u or suspecting.. if i would not have trust on u..den i won't go for your multiple courses.. i am registered to your 2 complete courses. Just tell What's the right information sir. Please do reply sir.
