Awesome
Great stuff!
Thanks!
That song is bussin
That's awesome good idea
I Could Replace Beats Pill+ With This Cool Tip LOL
The other thing is by totally just for getting that adapter that you put in there for Bluetooth what you could do is just direct line it to a laptop like a Windows 10 or whatever you have lying around and then you can play music off that or you can use that as your computer speaker and also still use it as a voice assistant
If there are any spelling errors or grammar errors, you can think the microphone on my iPhone
astounding video Will It Work?. I shattered that thumbs up on your video. Always keep up the great work.
Thanks!!!
@@will_it_work no problem at all. always happy to support my fellow content creators. i am looking forward to improving on my own current video format i have uploaded and, in the future, trying to create content as good as yours in the long term.
Is there any type of way to use it as a Bluetooth device with a smart tv or android tv?
You wouldn't want to with this approach. There would be lag between the video and the sound. This approach is for music only.
These cards have a mono input, don't you mind?
They are stereo.
@@will_it_work it is interesting. I need a card with a stereo input for another project, I went through a lot of all mono. I'll try to order this one, thank you.
Does the HomePod mini have to be connected to Wifi to play music via your phone??
Yes.
what is the part number for the apple usb/lightning adapter? I can't seem to find one

I’m confused , I don’t own a nano and don’t want one I want to use my iPhone only so is that possible?
iPhone works directly with HomePod. This video is about Bluetooth Audio.
Wow
Cant you just use the phones hotspot? for the wifi?
Hotspot is for internet access, not streaming audio.
@@will_it_work ohhhh well that sucks
So in other words, the HomePod is not for listening to videos, audio books etc?
Of course it is. Those examples aren't limited to Bluetooth Audio.
Does anyone know if this works with a bluetooth turntable?
Yes, but if you have all of the pieces, you could just send the audio directly into the iPhone and use the app to redirect the audio to your HomePod. This would sound better.
@@will_it_work but bluetooth turntables doesn't connect to iPhones
sorry if I'm not understanding you, not really a techy guy here
I was speaking of using the Phono Out on your turntable. You are correct, you cannot stream Bluetooth Audio TO your iPhone. This solution would work for Bluetooth Turntable.
Will this work with a regular HomePod
Yes, or any Airplay only device, like an Apple TV.
@@will_it_work amazing, thank you
I guess I don’t see necessity if you have Apple devices.
Can you not just AirPlay?
I’m missing some key part of the problem, I think, because it just seems like you’re taking a long route to still send the audio over Wi-Fi.
As stated in the video, this would be for friends visiting with Android phones, or even Bluetooth only devices, like the iPod Nano I used to demonstrate the process.
The amount of steps required to JUST PLAY A HOMEPOD W/ BLUETOOTH is over the top. Cool you got it to work but FUCk! What happened to just plug it in an go. Or plus the pair button an your good.
It's apple, you need apple products for it to be seamless. I have the entire apple ecosystem including macbook from work and it just works. lol, ofc I miss all the integrations when im on my gaming pc on windows, but oh well.... I keep an ipad under my monitor to stream music to the homepods for that reason.
can't you just buy a usb bluetooth audio adapter?
Most likely wouldn’t work in iOS. Cost was also factored in when I chose the parts for this video. The two prices are very inexpensive.
