In recognition of their status, Diamond Cart shoppers will receive priority batch access on the platform and Backup Care when they need it, in addition to all of the rewards that are available for Gold and Platinum Cart shoppers.
Diamond Cart shoppers who are within close range of a store’s location, as shown by a highlighted area in the Shopper app, will get priority access to batches. In addition, Diamond Cart shoppers will get exclusive early access to batches, with the ability to accept batches before stores open.

Hair cute , also diamond shoppers 98 percent don’t steal so I like when I get them ! They nice , don’t steal people items and I give tips every single time regardless unless stolen items or bad experience

Very encouraging video. I made the diamond tier s as of last week🚀🚀. But my question is why does Instacart threaten you with suspension when customers lie about not receiving their items. It’s so unfair. I take pictures of my deliverers but that doesn’t matter because the customer is always right to Instacart.
Congrats on reaching diamond cart. If you are taking pictures of customers orders being delivered then you should not be penalized
@@nancyuche_yes I take pictures even if it’s not an option but in this particular situation she’s claiming that 1 item was missing so it’s my words against hers. Something fishy about it because the delivery was on May 3rd and I just received an email about it yesterday 🤷🏽♀️. I’m not going to focus on something I have no control over. Just wanted your opinion

Lies! I have been diamond 💎 for the last 30 days! I still see crap 💩 orders even sitting in a parking lot! 😮💨😮💨😮💨 especially those damn 3 shops!! I hate them!! 😵💫😵💫 I see no tip and LOW TIP orders with high mileage 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ I have seen some good orders the highest being $104 for a 2 shop. I have a 5 star ⭐️ rating!! With a ton of great compliments from customers! Maybe it’s my market. It’s soooo many shoppers
