I honestly don't think you can really enjoy dolls if all you do is buy buy buy and go 1000 miles per hour hoarding dolls. I don't like most of the new dolls. I only want a small collection that has the dolls in dioramas doing things like having a tea part or the fairies in trees in a garden etc. Congrats on achieving your goals and for some reason I was happy to find out what you did with the cup lol Its like you have a magical elixir that you drink and all the Barbies and dolls come to life.

I got them off of Amazon, the brand is Govee warm white dimmable LED Stripes, 5metres long with 300 light sources. I had to get five of them and I've added a ton of 2-pin strip corner connectors and had to cut the strips in order to fit the shelves. It was a process, each has their own power plug that i added onto multi sockets and then i added the remote controlled power on/off switch on top of that. 😄 it was a ton of reading up, investigating and watching Tutorials beforehand. I’m at that point in my doll collecting where I need to just enjoy what I have and focus on creating and setting up my doll room and crafting and finishing projects that I’ve started years ago I have doll crafts that I’ve started in 2016-2017 that still need to be finished lol and I told myself I couldn’t buy any more thrifted dolls until I fixed the ones I already have so I haven’t thrifted any since summer and am almost finished cleaning them up! New dolls are not exciting me right now. They're so expensive and there is way too much competition to get them. This is supposed to be fun. Its our hobby! I feel like in every european country almost, there was a fashion doll created in the 50s or 60s/70s, but nothing in France... Am I wrong ? never we had a "french" barbie, like Petra in Germany?
