@@jackcapella2707 YES indeed Jack with some updates and higher pricing, of course. The catwalk is no longer included, but can be purchased separately. Watch for special MetalCloak offers like % Off deals & free shipping around major holidays also.
I like this set-up. The cage is ideal and the fact that you recognized that a 35" tire needs a gearing change is bang-on! The bin idea is great, and you're right, drawers and sliders take up valuable space.
Even with the coach, I’m envious of the freedom Overlanding provides. Thought this setup was nearly perfect. I get by without the gearing change thanks to less weight for my day trips. Even with that, I’ve considered the update and will certainly do it when times comes for 37’s.
None better for serious off-road! Mine has gotten me out of jambs that woulda trapped a 4Dr. Check out my Devils Punchbowl 9-pt Turn video from this past Summer. Seldom use the term Sketchy, but that jamb was…
If I didn’t have the coach, would definitely consider doing this with my 2Dr. Manufacturer of this rack was bought out, but it’s still available from new company.
Awesome video, I had doubts about 2dr with tent and this video proves it's ideal and more options for manual transmission in 2dr.. what a fantastic setup
I have a two door jk with tepi rooftop tent and kitchen inside in the back, awning on the back as well with solar water tank on one side. I have go zero batterie setup that runs the refrigerator and other accessories . I made a kitchen chuck box , every one that has seen my setup has been empressed
See my update in the video description. The company that made the one shown in the video was bought out by Adventure Rack Systems, a division of Metal Cloak.
Full details listed in the Description (tap on video title while viewing). Construction, fit and finish is darn near perfect if one is looking for a compact totally functional setup for a 2Dr. Especially like their windshield crossover-step. IF I was looking for an overlanding setup to replace my bus, this would be a great starting point. Not cheap, but is anything these days?
Kongo Cage is now Metalcloak if anyone was looking for it.

Nice to see 2 door JK set ups. Cool rig. Enjoyed watching the video.
Everything in its place on that rig. Very efficient! Thanks.
I have a 2door JL ! Glad there is outdoor love for the shorty!!

I have a two door JL and happy to see this video,,,Thanks
Love my 2Dr! ruclips.net/video/ET4HHX8vP0U/видео.html is perfect example of it going places that would be difficult, if not impossible for a 4Dr.
Beautifully done. Looking forward to similar build.

Ideal set up!! Such a good video, thank you!
Yes, if I didn’t have the motorhome I’d convert Silver and do some Overlanding!
I have a 2016 6 speed manual transmission 2 door Rubicon and I just love it
Awesome video, I had doubts about 2dr with tent and this video proves it's ideal and more options for manual transmission in 2dr.. what a fantastic setup
Spur of moment decision to ask them if I could video their rig, they were awesome. For Overlanding, would definitely consider this setup.
This is awesome and I'm in my imagination right now planning my new setup 😊
They had their 2DR nicely set up, for sure. Was sad they were’t staying a few nights. It woulda been fun to see how their rig performed.
Good job.
Fantastic work.
Thanks! That setup was very efficient and compact. See the video description for an update on who makes it now.
I have a 2 door! I love this set up.
Yes, thought it was pretty slick. Lots of thought went into it…

A pleasure! New version of that cage is now out. Details in the description.

2 door Jeep wrangler
They have put a lot of thought into that jeep.
Yes, indeed. Everything had its place inside due to the space limitations.
Will that fit a Jeep wrangler jl with canvas top?
It should, but best to ask one of the cage manufacturers. I don’t recall there being any contact between the cage and top.
Uh oh. I bought a 2 door JK just last month and I'm starting to get ideas....
Ever since I saw it, me too. If I didn’t have the motorhome…
Whenever you see a cool 2 door roof rack they dont make em anymore
Manufacturer of this one was acquired by another company. They’re selling a modified version at higher cost, naturally.
That explains why I can’t find one.
LJ/TJ are the Last real Jeeps. JK/JL complete garbage
Garbage men are a dime a dozen, I feel sorry for yaa garbage guy🍭
