You got the thing with the snowball OC wrong. It doesn't freeze enemies longer, but the buildup lasts longer when you don't shoot. That is bc after you use the snowball you have to wait until the cryo is repressurised. It helps that you don't loose those stacks when using it on big targets like Oppressors and such
I can confirm that rp_vn_fh is correct. The new debuff is lost upon fully freezing an enemy so it does not freeze for longer but it does help with stuff that can't be frozen in one shot which is a HUGE buff.
My bad then. I was testing what the update was talking about and I noticed that A- The main thing I hit with Snowball froze for longer as opposed to the things hit by its splash, and B- The buildup lasted longer after I stopped firing. I guess it was just difficult for me to actually show the effect in the video and showed frozen bugs exclusively. But hey, I was close.
The voice changer is used perfectly, the descriptions are accurate, and the bugs are all dead. Congrats you're the 12th person I've subscribed to in 15 years.
PRO TIP: take Plasma Burster Missiles with weakspot damage on an elimination mission and it will replace literally any other elimination build you have. They are incredibly OP on dreads.
Fun Fact: Back when I only had like 30 subs, did let's play content, uploaded at 720p, and had a headset microphone, one of my friend suggested I made an intro for my Monster Hunter Rise series since I planned on making like 15 episodes or whatever. I've thought about laser weapons as well. That or some like dwarvish relics with tech slapped onto it for that DRG corporate flare. I want Driller to bust out the Longsword.
Because unfortunately, it was. It was niche at best, and when you typically burst fire the Hurricane, it's effectively a nerf to the weapon. I have never heard a single person praise Manual Guidance Cutoff, and everyone I have seen play this game or have played with really enjoys the replacement
