18:06 well, the devs just improved/fixed TEF on the drak, new patch just came out "Increased the damage and heat bonus to compensate for the now properly working scaling"
Loving the subata buffs. Never was a big fan of EPC because its projectile and wave cooker is fun but very dependent on usually what primary you run. Now subata is pretty consitant but can still helps synergize with your primaries
Wouldn't say Wave Cooker is that primary dependent. You run exothermic reactor for the CRISPR and the Cryo Cannon, and Contagion Transmitter for the Sludge Pump.
I don't like the Tier 5 changes. Now your T5 choice is pigeonholed into your primary choice. It's not fun or good for build diversity. For example, if you're running the Sludge Pump, there's literally no reason to pick anything other than NCC. Flamethrower? No reason not to take Volatile Bullets (although this was always a problem). I'm not a fan of weapon upgrades that rely heavily on you picking another specific gun. I'd rather they turn Volatile Bullets and NCC into Overclocks, give the Subata back it's +2 corrosive damage T5, and buff Blowthrough, because blowthrough sucks on the Subata. I mean seriously lol, anyone picking Blowthrough (unless you're running Cryo) is gimping themselves. It's a multi-hit focused upgrade on a class who has the strongest AoE primaries in the game. It's just not worth it. They could buff the blowthrough amount to 3 and give it a +1 damage buff and it would still be an iffy pick.
