For this to start on the same note (the Wii Sports theme starts in B Major, and a B is the first note that plays) means that we start in B Minor, which means we're in a key that has two sharps instead of five (B Major has five sharps - we add three flats or remove three sharps if we're not moving down to the relative minor).
This simultaneously gives me great amounts of joy and anxiety. Most of the song it sounds like the regular Wii Sports Theme, but then it occasionally goes down in pitch *_ever so slightly_* too much.
Because only the 3rd and 7th notes of the scale are changed in a minor chord. If the 3rd and 7th notes are changed back up a half step then the song will sound regular again

I'd say inevitability. Fatality. When I listen to it, the original seems like it's full of possibilities and potential, whereas this one seems resigned, almost at peace with whatever's to come and still able to be a bit bubbly, but you can tell the lights are out behind its eyes.
I'll be that asshole, I think the word you're looking for is "evoking". Looks like you're mixing "invoking" and "evoking" to get "envoking". They're similar, and even more annoyingly sometimes just straight synonyms, but evoking is the "calling to mind an emotion" word. Invoking is more commonly used when you're calling on an authority, or summoning a spirit/god, etc.
I love how the melody is full dark and evil mode but the bassline largely keeps the same happy and cheery vibe going. You can definitely still hear the remnants of the major chords, theyre just in the music equivalent of uncanny valley now.

Blow after blow, the doctors fall one by one in an intense bid for survival, but Matt keeps swinging. The hospital is now stained with the blood of countless, Matt standing over them with a twisted grin. The doors then swing open as a new patient arives, and it seems this boxing master has some new sparring partners.
this is a perfect example of the versatility of moods minor can create. it's often taught as "minor = sad/scary" but this isn't necessarily either. it certainly has a shadier sound but also beckons some kind of importance or urgency, certainly driven by the tempo and percussion. mood comes from more than just modality!

This is honestly indescribable, you can feel the upbeat needy emotions, but the kind of ominous start, it sounds shadowy and off in a good way, while it progressively gets more ominous and oddly soothing the further it goes, something like a "good job, you solved a mystery" type beat i feel like with the high parts, or even a victory screen type of soundtrack. I really dont know how to describe it

Something in minor doesn't automatically mean it's sad sounding. There are a lot of songs in major key that sound sad.
