Perfect Summertime BBQ Chicken Legs

Welcome to saucy Rossi‘s barbeque kitchen. This is my whole chicken, leg, barbeque recipe. I use my Napoleon kettle barbeque with lump charcoal to cook these legs. I used a home made dry rub, it’s a chicken and rib rub that works great with poultry I cooked it till an internal temperature of around 170 to make sure it was cooked. The results were amazing
