This is definitely one of my favorite dramas, I saw it a while ago, but I did this MV recently, this drama made me cry a lot, but i really loved it.
Suzy is an amazing actress, i watched almost all her series, and she's really good, just like woobin, this guy is amazing.
Those who have not seen this k-drama I recommend watching it yes or yes, you will love it just like me.

I really don’t understand why he did not win a award with this series, the performance and acting was 💯 . This one of the best Korean dramas 💯

last few episodes are too emotional, no one can keep tears 😭 after watching this . Kim wo bin killed this role.

This drama hurt so bad and hit me so hard that I decided not to watch any other series starring Kim Woo Bin or Suzy just because I can't erase the memory of this drama nor can I get over the characters they portrayed. 💔💔

It was the first drama of 2021 for me. I started it on January 1st and a couple days later I had finished it and was inconsolable and it was even worse for me because a lot of bad and sad things happened to me in real life while watching that drama.

This makes me question award shows they have such a beautiful soulful chemistry, dint even watch the drama but clips and songs. The thinh you call chemistry in eyes and aura is what i see between them. They dint qin any award??? While i watched business proposal there no chemistry to be honest. Specially the 2nd leads they were just ok ok couple. And they both won award,it made me laugh and pity the real couples with great heart wrentching chemistry being ignored😑😑😑

Tem gente falando que não vale a pena assistir porque é um dorama que tem uma história mais triste. E afinal a vida é feita só de felicidade? O dorama é ótimo. Eu ri, chorei, fiquei com raiva do mocinho e da mocinha. Mas tudo valeu a pena. Assisti esse dorama em 2016 e hoje comecei a rever.

Don’t watch this drama. It’s so sad! 😭 It’s 2021 and I finally watched the drama. Hate and love relationship with characters and storyline. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the 20 episodes. Terrible ending. He spent his last few weeks doing other things when he could’ve spent it with her. Not a “romantic” drama, if that’s what you’re looking for. Very surface level for me.
Even though the ending was how it was I would still recommend this as a must watch. The way they played out his journey was beautiful. I was expecting a dramatic ending but the way it ended was perfection.
Yh but I think it’s realistic because obviously when you have such that disease sadly you won’t always surpass it! But I get your point
