@@Sama_jewels It turned out well and I LOVE IT!!! But I do have one small issue. Even tho I made sure to pull tight after every weave, the netting is still a bit loser than I would like. Would I be right in my thinking that weaving back thru all the 11/0s would tighten it up? I have some 0.10mm Wildfire that I could use. Thanks so much for your help. You are a phenomenal intsructor!❤
@ you should go back and weave through the 11/0, but don’t over do it. This is the weakness of the Russian spiral hehe. In my experience, using Wildfire or Fireline it’s the best choice to keep the tension better. I’m super happy that you give it a try. And I’m sure in the next one, everything will be perfect. 🤗
I followed this tutorial with one adjustment, at first I tried it with two seed beads per stitch but I could see thread, so I added another and my entire goal was to use up some beads I don't really care about which happened to be very cheap plastic pearls and an orange seed bead probably a preciosa but it has no label. those cheap plastic pearls weigh almost nothing so I think this was a great tutorial to use them up and I've only started but you were right that this is a fast stitch. the beads even have giant holes and they are not visible at all in this stitch. I am very happy with my choices. I'm thinking of making a necklace instead of a bracelet because its going so well. this will be my first russian spiral item
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear that you found this stitch fast and easy to work, even using beads with larger holes. I love how you gave those ‘’cheap’’ pearls a second life - sometimes those little experiments turns out beautifully! If you do make a necklace version, I’d love to see how it turns out. Congrats on your first Russian spiral project- sounds like you’re nailing it !🤗
Ooohh....I was just about to order what I need to make this when I realized right before I checked out that your link to the Toho beads is actually for 15/0, not 11/0. Now I'm off to find the right ones! 😁
Thank you, Alina, for another informative tutorial. I will now have to put this set on my ever lengthening list! But I will have to put it at the top of the list, as I would love to do the set for myself (including earrings), instead of presents for friends and relatives. Thank you, Alina.
Thank you so much !☺️You can absolutely use rondelles instead of firepolish. I think it will add more sparkle to the design! Let me know how it turns out !💖
The beads I used for this project are: 4 mm pearls, 4 mm forepolished and 11/0 Toho. Full material list is in the description. The steps for making the necklace are in the video. Hope this helps! 🤗
I have become addicted to your tutorials! I have to watch at least one every day! ❤❤❤❤

Не видно в начале, сколько и что вы набираете😢, и очень мало показали😢
So sorry it was not clear enough! You can try the russian spiral bracelet. Maybe it's better explained . Thank you!
