I saw Oasis live in 2009 at a point when Liam's voice was in pretty bad condition (compared to '94 '96), but he still gave it everything he got and it completely blew me away. It was still so powerfull and energetic. I saw them again in the same year when Liam had a good day and it was simply beyond belief.
Seen them 9 times and oasis were always brilliant bar. One gif I was at Wembley where Liam was smashed. Familiar to millions The gif came out on dvd cd. Etc. .

Pain in the arse that it wasn’t broadcasted, would kill to hear that properly recorded with the rattlesnakey voice he’s sort of redeveloped.
He played in Buenos Aires, Argentina in March 2018. At the middle of the set list he started progressively to lose his voice and the last three or four songs were impossible. At the final song of the show he was so mad that he took out the mic of the mic-stand and tried to sing holding it, that was the first time (and only) that I saw Liam singing while holding the mic with his hand.
kinda late but i love moments like 34:57, when the crowd realizes like "oh holy shit he's playing this for the first time in two decades?", happens often with his solo career bringing out songs that dont get sung live much (roll it over, listen up, spaceman, rocking chair, headshrinker)
I think Liam should bring back songs like Guess God Thinks I'm Abel and I'm Outta Time for his solo tour. Those songs would sound even more epic with his current vocals. And I'm glad that Bonehead is back, the instrumentals, especially for the Oasis songs, improved massively.
I've been thinking the same thing about I'm Outta Time for years now. It's his best song from Oasis times and it deserves to be sung live with his amazing current voice

Big thanks for the whole series, very interesting and with great details! Rare to find something else like this where somebody puts so much passion and Knowledge into his work👏👏
Sooo LOVELY! And so beautifully edited and put together! Thank you so much for this! I've so enjoyed the whole Liam series! I look forward to Liam doing more crooning and ballad stuff as he ages. His voice is so much more mature and textured now, and with such incredible life experience. He has the depth and the soul to be able to croon some great Irish tunes, maybe even some classics from the American Songbook (thinking Louis Armstrong...What a Wonderful World). Singing rock 'n' roll is the most brutal form of singing to the voice. Eventually every rocker has to change styles, or learn to sing with more caution and skill. Mick Jagger is a great example of someone who still delivers the songs, but in a much different, more vocally informed way. I believe that Liam has been working hard on his craft, and learning how to be kinder and more cautious with his voice. It's really wonderful to see and to hear! I think the best is yet to come with our Liam! Thanks so much again! This series was so beautifully and skillfully put together, I really enjoyed and appreciated it! xo
Mate, this series is hands down the best three hours I've ever watched! You have done a phenomenal job putting it all together. Well done for showing such unbelievable dedication. Honestly, you've made an outstanding four videos. Just watched them all back to back. Nice one for making part four because the end of part three was pretty bleak. 2006 - 2009 was tough viewing. He sounds good in 2018 though and even better still in 2019 and 2021?! His voice is clear, strong, powerful and in tune now with more bass than the tinny, weak sound of 06-09. Earls Court 95 was the best gig I ever saw oasis play and Wembley Stadium 09 the worst (but that set was list was littered with awful songs too). Can't wait for Knebworth. Brilliant work, I hope you enjoyed making it because it's exceptional viewing. Onwards and upwards LG. Live forever!
I’ll never forget when I first listened to all you’re dreaming of I loved the way it goes higher and higher but I thought to myself “wow is Liam gonna be able to do this live?” And then at the end the announcer said that was Liam Gallagher live from the river Thames and my jaw dropped 😂 I felt bad for doubting him
I'm so glad this is out I've been waiting so long! Great video, this series had been a welcome treat to view- thank you for making it! Dare I say- it's been BIBLICAL
Fantastic video mate! The amount of debates I've had about this over the years doesn't bare thinking about! I've been to loads of oasis gigs, didn't get to see beady eye but I've seen liam everytime he's been at Cardiff solo and I'll always say a 50% liam is still better than any other artist today. When you go to his gigs it's the little things like bonehead being there... him playing an oasis track taking you back to 94/95 and most of all the way it makes you feel. When someone says his voice is shot they don't realise that in a year he did over 150 gigs.... he sings some of the most difficult vocal songs night in night out. I dare anyone to put on oasis first 3 albums, sing them at the top of their voice and actually be able to talk after it?? This is brilliant mate, cracking job of piecing together his journey..... well done 👏👏👏👏👏
I can’t believe how much care and effort went into these videos. Love your content man. Wow. I LOVE OASIS and I would never talk bad about them, just something funny I noticed. At around 43:21 in the video, I have NEVER seen Liam Gallagher look so similar to John Fogerty!! Long live Oasis & CCR!!
I loved these videos of Liam's voice, I think they are necessary, the recovery of his voice cannot be overlooked, for me his voice still has a lot to give, let's enjoy each album and each concert as the last, love and peace to all ✌🏻♥️✨
Thanks for your work. I really loved this series, and patiently waited between episodes, knowing you were not going to disappoint. I wonder what Noel thinks about Liam's voice nowadays, I bet he's impressed deep down. Thank you!!
This will be biblical. There are some periods of the 2017 tour where his vocals were out of this world. Late 2020 and 2021 are probably the best he's sounded since then
The last few clips - wonderwall at the end, that sneaky clip recorded with Liam playing guitar - he’s got actual vibrato on those vocals. Forget shouting - there is a beautiful voice there. Biblical in fact.
I have seen Oasis live many times between 2001 and 2006, and then I saw Liam solo recently and it was one of the best performances I've seen him do. He sorted his life, he sings magnificently, he looks great and his choice of material is top notch. You couldn't ask for more. He succeeded where most of the rockstars of his age had failed and this shows how dedicated he his to rock'n'roll. Long live Liam!

I hope Liam's voice continues to rise in this Phoenix Phase as his comeback has definitely risen from the ashes. It's been a beautiful thing to witness. BTW, which performance of Live Forever was that at the end?
As a massive Oasis fan, I would like to thank you very much for these great videos. You must have put a lot of effort in it and it clearly is noticable. I am looking forward for/to (dont know haha) your future content. Take care, and thanks again!
You know, coming back to this video almost a year later after it was released and having seen Liam live recently, one thing I'd like to add is that these days, he has been able to hit the opening line of Morning Glory the same way he sang it in the 90s and 00s. He was singing it differently the past few years but when I saw him he went ''All your dreams are made!'' with full force and in the correct pitch.
I think the break up was needed for Liam. Not just for his voice, but for his life. Because people might like this or not, Noel did try to protect Liam as much as he can during the later Oasis years. And after the break-up, he knew his career and possibly his life would be over if he did not get his act together. And I am Liam could let go of his ego and resurrect his career.
@@fakestradio4741 When I'm in Japan, it's hard to know this kind of information. But I'm glad to know it on RUclips. I am grateful. I'm Japanese. I'm not good at English, so I'm translating. I'm sorry if it's hard to communicate.
The Phoenix has it all if I had to say, Liam can do the Rattlesnake phase, Rottweiler, or even lion. He improvised his previous voice to others. The rasp was still there so there's a Rattlesnake Phase, sometimes he sings he went in and off to the mic, so you have Rottweiler, and if he was in shape like he was top of his game, I would hear occasionally his Lion Phase. Although I never put the Nightingale phase because it was his undeveloped voice but really good to listen to.
This was excellent, really well put together and great to watch. Thanks for doing it, al the effort that must have gone into it is greatly appreciated!
Damm that My Generation cover is so much better than the official one he did with Oasis, especially the live performances of that. Can’t believe how good those 2014 vocals are wtf
Yeah it's the closest to the original the older, post Oasis Liam has gotten to it. That i've heard anyway. Perhaps even the while still in Oasis during the later period, as the later Oasis live performances is during the period he had that raspy, hoarseness going on. Plus sang rather lazily too particuarly if in a bad mood & then Noel started doing it as part of his acoustic set for a good number of years in the 00's.
It’s so great to hear and see how his confidence boosted once he got back to do gigs, singles and more. I haven’t heard a hell of a lot of his solo music, but what I’ve is crazy cool. Great video as always!! Crazy to hear how great he sounds now ❤️
Great series! Also, can we have some appreciation for Long Hair Liam, he doesn't just sound good now, he's looking the part too! 2022 onwards should be called the Long Hair Liam Phase!
@@fakestradio4741 just finished watching it now. Class as expected. He really is built different, proving the bastards wrong. Great video and top series!
Mate, like they sing in good ol' song, you're THE TOP! Looking and sounding amazing. Thank you for your amazing and hard work. And thank you for crediting me ahahahah P.S. Any plans to witness Liam live this year?
imagine if he actually sung from the diaphragm like classic rock/heavy metal singers do,he wouldnt have problems with his voice, its all because he belts it out from his throat...........which is a slippery sloap
I'd say his best singing from the DBTT Tour was either the televised Manchester show, or the Madison Square Garden 2005 show, which you can tell Liam was really stoked about, as he announces, as they take the stage & he's adjusting his mic stand, "It's about fuckin' time... We're finally here, man!" Up til then, Oasis, for whatever reason, never played MSG. Even during the height of their U.S. chart success, w/WTSMG? being a Top 10 album in the Billboard Charts, (#4) them having 3 hit singles here, (Wonderwall, Champagne Supernova, Don't Look Back In Anger) & the subsequent success of Be Here Now going platinum (a million+ copies sold) & debuting @ #2 in the Billboard Charts, they always played somewhere else! After Knebworth, they'd booked a third U.S. leg of the tour, but instead of them going to Madison Square Garden, the play the Jones Beach Amphitheatre. In 97, the debuted Be Here Now w/a two night stand @ the Hammerstein Ballroom, as opposed to one MSG show or a two night stay @ the much larger (than the Hammerstein) Radio City Music Hall! Now, they would go on to play the legendary Radio City Music Hall, but that was in 2000, when they were only doing theatres, predominantly, in America. They also had a very well-received 3 night, co-headlining residency at Radio City, only this time it was w/The Brotherly Love Tour. (I caught that tour in Chicago. 16,000+ ppl at the Chicago Tweeter Center. Brilliant set!) They did sell out the Theatre at Madison Square Garden, which held a little over 5000 ppl, back in late 95 or earlier 96, but that's not the actual arena, itself. 2005 was the first time they ever booked it, & it sold out in a matter of hrs! So did the equally legendary & equally huge Hollywood Bowl! They also sold out the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, which is literally built into the Rocky Mountains just outside of Denver, they filled The Patriot Center in Washington DC sold out. So did Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago. That was their most successful US tour ever. But I digress.... Liam sang quite well at MSG. The Hollywood Bowl... not so much.

I’ve enjoyed the 4 parts of your series… thank you so much for such a work. Now it’s a good time for an Oasis album and gig 😜
Thanks a lot mate!
That was the best video I have ever watched ever !!!! The effort u put on to these is unreal Thankyou ❤️
日本にいるとこういう情報をなかなか知ることが出来ないけれど、RUclipsであなたに出会えてとても嬉しいです!!

When I'm in Japan, it's hard to know this kind of information. But I'm glad to know it on RUclips.
I am grateful.
I'm Japanese.
I'm not good at English, so I'm translating.
I'm sorry if it's hard to communicate.
@@kyo0928 👍👍👍
4 months after this video was uploaded, Liam sings D’you know what I mean better then he has in 20+ years. he’s BACK
I KNOW! 😭
Great mate well worth the wait Well Done i hope you do a video on his Gig at Knebworth this year because I'll be in the crowd🤣 video was class
See you there haha
@@fakestradio4741 you going on the Saturday aye

Amazing video as always! Also I really appreciate you using the wonderwall clip from reading festival that I had requested
You’re welcome 👍
Great video, definitely worth the wait. Nice one man!
Thanks!
loved the video bro! it's been such a long journey. thanks for adding gas panic 2019 gig btw
regards from Argentina!
Cheers 👍
Damm that My Generation cover is so much better than the official one he did with Oasis, especially the live performances of that. Can’t believe how good those 2014 vocals are wtf
No where near as good!
Liam is real. Thats why we love him.
Yyyyes
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
That voice during Listen Up is spot on
He sounded so fresh in 2014
Also that version of wonderwall at 19:14 is on par with the original, the old Liam is still in there
its really really good. but cmon 1995 Morning Glory Liam is on another level. it launched a whole cultural shift
Great great video. Congratulations 👏
Thanks for the time and effort 💪
Really enjoyed this series bro cracking work LG will always be the king of rock n roll 🔥🔥👊😎
It’s so great to hear and see how his confidence boosted once he got back to do gigs, singles and more. I haven’t heard a hell of a lot of his solo music, but what I’ve is crazy cool. Great video as always!! Crazy to hear how great he sounds now ❤️
thank you so much for all of this

Great video! "Turn the fookin' shit fog machine off" still makes me laugh every time!
Lol thanks a lot mate
Ayyyyy you got the my generation from teenage cancer trust 😅
Awesome dedication to this stuff. It's so interesting to see Liam's redevelopment
Whenever I watch that video of Liam playing the guitar in Irish pub, I want that bloke to stop banging on the table.
Me too hahaha
So weird just seeing him play guitar
imagine if he actually sung from the diaphragm like classic rock/heavy metal singers do,he wouldnt have problems with his voice, its all because he belts it out from his throat...........which is a slippery sloap
True
Seriously if Liam just disappeared for a while and came back looking like that cover. It be the coolest thing ever.
You should’ve seen the pictures of him in lockdown hahaha
Wow it’s amazing to see Liam mellow out but still be the coolest bastard on the planet
Yep haha
1:08 finally someone who recognizes this hidden gem
