it helps , use the banjo anchor , hook your pinky and ring finger on the high e . as you dont use the high e through the song unless you learn the solo. theres also an anchor for your hand ,the bone just above the wrist thats inline with the pinky, placed on the bridge,without muting any strings . its how buckingham plays it. these anchors helps you finger pick a lot easier,as your hand is not floating. the wrist anchor brings the picking closer to the bridge , which adds to the tone of landslide. good tutorial tho
Can any one help me understand the finger pattern for the forth verse? When hanging on to the Am7, is it 2 full rounds of the picking pattern or is it only the first 3 strings repeated?

Great lesson Andy!!! I usually keep a finger on the b string the whole time before the chorus. Is that ok?? I’ve seen other players do it. 😊😊😊
