For guitar "nerds" this must be a master class interview. For just a super fan of Charlie and the band, it's like listening to technical "gibberish" and I LOVE it. I found an original 1978 phase 100 box booklets and all Gathering dust in a studio I was at producer said take it home it's junk all it needed was a 9-volt battery clip and now gets used quite frequently
I've gone over to a one pickup Firebird and have the chase tone..( among other pedals)..but it is possibly one of the best kept secret pedals out there.. its bizarre....sometimes, depending on guitar, I'll turn it on and you go...hmmm it's not doing a lot...then turn it off and it's like...where the hell has my tone gone....highly recommend it to any guitarist.... Bloody love BS as well...great great band

See to my ear that Vibe pedal made that solid body sound like a chambered body. That was a pretty cool effect actually.
