Good job, I've been working with Oxy torches for over 50 years, I learned flame shut off procedures in High School Metal Shop class, Acetylene is turned off first then the Oxygen. This sequence prevents flame flashback into the Acetylene hose. I remember my metal shop teacher intentionally inducing a flashback into to the Acetylene line, the tip popped and started whistling indicating that the flame was sucking air through the tip and traveling up the hose, the teacher immediatley shut off the Acetylene at the tank. There were a lot of nervous kids during that demonstration. Remember kids, if you want to see your next birthday shut off the Acetylene first then the Oxygen. Good video.
@@iliketurtles2993 Yes, gas first for propane as well. It is possible to get flashback up into the O2 line but shutting off the gas first extinguishes the flame to prevent O2 flashback.

What a lasting impact.
What about for propane? Same gas first I shut off?
