@@suzihazlove4979 rosemary also helps w/ hair growth... since it's blended with the coconut and castor oils, it should be less potent on the scalp, but it does help... I'd do a patch test first to make sure it doesn't irritate your skin. :)
for those than can NOT use coconut oil like me....use almond or avocado oil and add rosemary to it!.......works great!

@@thatshithitmehard20 add 1/2 cup of any good organic oil..coconut ( If you are not allergic to it like me)..I use organic almond . organic cold pressed avocado..any oil you like..get some rosemary leaves...warm the oil with the leaves...do not boil..just warm and turn off cover it..leave it over night..use it once a week....works great!...I also once a month I use natural aloe along with this oil..good luck!

Rinsing with rice boiledwater and fenugreek water makes hair strong,silky, shiny😊

@@ushatalluri6614 when you boil the rice,take the water ,add fenugreek soaked, boiledwater mix both ,add1 tbsp of pure colourless aloevera gel, rinse hair,after bath leave in conditioner, nourishes the scalp.

Yes doctor m using mixture of oil and shampoo in a mug with little amount of water whenever I wash my hair. And I don't need conditioner after that 😊.

Coconut oil never seems to work for my wavy hair for some strange reason. It seems to make it drier. Although I think it's good for most people.
Would recommend olive oil. Coconut oil doesn't work for me either.

If coconut makes your hair dry, it’s because you have too much protein in your hair……..
coconut oil makes low porosity hair frizzier, try using sesame or grape oil

My thyroid is fine , but I’m a Vegetarian 🌱 with a host of stomach issues. I’m going to try this method in hopes of it doing something. @@Tprisha Yes, you will definitely get a good result by regular application. Both oils are excellent for moisturizing and hydrating the hair. They can penetrate the hair shaft, reducing protein loss and keeping the hair well-moisturized. To use the mixture, it is better to warm it up and leave overnight before washing it.
