I could barely walk without 2 walking sticks and even then it was very slow going. I was at my wits end and someone suggested that I try castor oil. so I would soak my feet in hot water (I had tried this already but it did nothing). After soaking for about 10 minutes, I then would wrap my feet with castor oil soaked bandages and cover that with plastic wrap to avoid getting my sheets damaged while sleeping. Then I would put some woolen socks over the castor oil packs and I also put on splints to keep my feet at an angle while sleeping. It was uncomfortable, but after 3 days the years long problem came to an end. I have recommended this to others and it seems to have worked for all but a few. A couple of years ago I began to get it again but the castor oil did not work this time. I began to wear toe socks for yoga and within 3 days it had cleared up. I had tried toe separators but my feet were too small for those so I tried the toe socks which worked quite well for my sized feet…..who knows why the castor oil worked previously but not subsequently? Perhaps it has to do with the underlying cause being different. The second time I was about 75 and the time before I was in my late 50’s or my 60’s. I hope some might benefit from this post. 🩵💛🩵
Using a foot boot will cure plantar fasciitis. It’s keeping the foot pulled forward. I accidentally cured mine after having stress fractures in my foot. The boot took care of both problems and the plantar fasciitis never came back.

I have had a severe gas problem for over 40 years, I tried various medicines but all had a temporary low impact effect. I now apply castor oil on my stomach before bedtime and the gas has reduced considerably. Evacuation is also easier.
Using castor oil at night before going to bed on my eyes doesn't work, pain n discomfort, may be bcuz u hv mild sjogren causing dryness n while my eyes are moisturize my auto immune attack me. N as I hv mild lupus make me discomfort. But still I apply it on my eye brows face mix with almond oil. @@Aribell0304 Usually this is caused by stiff muscles in the legs and waist. Traditional massage done regularly every month will reduce the pain. Or alternatively, rubbing castor oil on the legs, thighs and waist area will help.

I just tried castor oil this morning right after I saw this. I have been suffering from bladder infections at least 4 to 5 times a year for the last few years, I'm on antibiotics for one right now. I also have fibromyalgia and diabetis. I will let you know in a week or two how it goes.

Just for information. I have been consuming castor oil for few weeks for constipation and it works. I had severe constipation issues after taking antibiotics for Hpylori for few months now. Before castor oil would create more problems like nausea and all but now it is working in favor for constipation. But something I have noticed that really work is what I noticed in past 15 minutes. I have been having menstrual cramps since I woke up today and I simply rubbed castor oil on my navel and back and then rested for 15 minutes and felt a difference. Therefore, it is anti inflammatory for sure. I do not say it will 100% remove the pain but I am feeling some relief than what I was feeling before. So castor oil, coconut oil have other anti inflammatory, anti microbial properties because they do have more instant action than anything else. I could take all Ayurveda churans and they would not work as instantly as castor oil would for constipation. But yes if I consume over a tablespoon like 2 tablespoons which I do at times to clear bowel it does give a nauseous feeling that day but I feel very light the next day. It is no doubt a relief for digestive issues. If I can eat really well next day it is because of the effect of those 2 spoons of castor oil.

As a little girl I suffered alot from tonsillitis, so would have to take Lot of antibiotics. My mum then switched me to castor oil treatments and they worked like almost instantly. Using castor oil at night before going to bed on my eyes doesn't work, pain n discomfort, may be bcuz u hv mild sjogren causing dryness n while my eyes are moisturize my auto immune attack me. N as I hv mild lupus make me discomfort. But still I apply it on my eye brows face mix with almond oil. I take 1 quater teaspoon of castor oil before going to bed (suggested by my ayurvedic doctor) , it work. But I stop then I continue, just listening my body. I'm 59 n I 3 months I'll be 60. I just tried castor oil this morning right after I saw this. I have been suffering from bladder infections at least 4 to 5 times a year for the last few years, I'm on antibiotics for one right now. I also have fibromyalgia and diabetis. I will let you know in a week or two how it goes.

i used to hv dry eyes and relied on eye drops to manage. i suffered for almost 6 months with it. luckily i found out that dry eyes is related to liver and can be cured with castor oil. i bought an organic, cold pressed and hexane free castor oil and rubbed it over my body before sleep and enhanced the absorbtion with hot water bottle. essentially i slept by hugging hot water bottle but wrapped with towel to avoid too much heat. it worked! after a few days my dry eyes were cured. pls hv a try

The results are amazing moves, not like diarrhea, but a sizable amount. 🤭 I also use it for my hemiplegic migraine to relax my affected (Left) side, especially my face. I have been using castor oil on my skin at bed time. I had psoriasis all over my body and now it is almost gone. It took most of the redness away the first night. I also have a lot of somatic symptoms from childhood trauma. They are gone! My hair is totally grey. It has been darkening by rubbing castor oil on my scalp and working the oil out to the ends. Just for information. I have been consuming castor oil for few weeks for constipation and it works. I had severe constipation issues after taking antibiotics for Hpylori for few months now. Before castor oil would create more problems like nausea and all but now it is working in favor for constipation.
But something I have noticed that really work is what I noticed in past 15 minutes. I have been having menstrual cramps since I woke up today and I simply rubbed castor oil on my navel and back and then rested for 15 minutes and felt a difference. Therefore, it is anti inflammatory for sure. I do not say it will 100% remove the pain but I am feeling some relief than what I was feeling before. So castor oil, coconut oil have other anti inflammatory, anti microbial properties because they do have more instant action than anything else. I could take all Ayurveda churans and they would not work as instantly as castor oil would for constipation. But yes if I consume over a tablespoon like 2 tablespoons which I do at times to clear bowel it does give a nauseous feeling that day but I feel very light the next day. It is no doubt a relief for digestive issues. If I can eat really well next day it is because of the effect of those 2 spoons of castor oil.
IF YOU EAT MEAT YOU MUST GO VEGETARIAN AS MEAT IS THE MAIN REASON FOR CONSTIPATION.

As a little girl I suffered alot from tonsillitis, so would have to take Lot of antibiotics. My mum then switched me to castor oil treatments and they worked like almost instantly.
My mum would break of a branch from a castor oil tree growing wild in our garden.
She would burn it until it was black and not ash.
Then she would crash it to power add a small amount of salt. She would then put a small amount on to my palm for me to lick and presto within a day I would be back to my old self, playing with my siblings.
