4:08 That's a 720S GT3 with the light papaya orange paint and the fixed rear wing, though seems to be corrected later.

Thanks for the clarification. Here in Canada we seemed to stop using “centigrade” quite a while ago. I think that why it tripped me up, it was going back many years. Celsius is much more common.

The Nordschleife is a pretty dang large race course. If another track gets added it should be midsize track with at least three variations.
I agree. Having a track with a variants also makes better use of their time coding. They basically just create one track and then add barriers and so forth to create the others.

Full Brands Hatch is windy, some elevation changes and a bit narrow (maybe not as narrow as Lime Rock tho… 👌🏽
I'm really holding out for Bahrain. Large variety in corners and decently long with 5 variations in the course. Licensing might be hard to get but the track would be fun

What i did on 3.4 after a couple of fails was to let the bots sail off into the distance with a significant lead and then go after them😂. They wait for that last guy towards the end of the first lap, bunching up a bit closer together for easy pickings. It worked for me.
Now that I have driven the Artura a lot I can say it’s one of my favourite cars that I own in the game

I agree ME; I almost quit the event on race 3-4. I finally did a bunch of quit/ restarts looking for the least amount of time between 1st and last place, and in the end I did the same as you, just make a bunch of cuts on the final lap. Really stupid race, maybe the worst I’ve seen. Nice quiet car though; I like it.
For All About Details Stage 3 (STUPID, STUPID, STUPID lap) what you do is for the first lap, keep nudging the car in front of you, for some reason, that's how you get to first by the end of the second lap. He keeps slowing you down unless you keep on nudging him forward. Once I learned that, it was STUPID easy. 🙂 Try it again if you can.
I did that many MANY times. You must’ve had a better sequence of bots that I did. Even when I had a 600 LT in 4th place… it was still impossible multiple times. I finally had to do quit and retry a whole bunch of times, and that slowed down the leader. Even then, if I had a 600 LT in 6th place at the start, there was nothing I could do. I have seen many many people now posting the exact same thing.
Seriously considering taking the 40 gold hit to skip 3.4. Spent around an hour on it.
@@factory2500 Did you try nudging the car for the entire 1st time? Just try it a couple of times, and see. It's quite satisfying to do it. I spent about an hour too before I tried the nudging.
@Oneness100 yeah tried that , still can't get close to winning it. Maybe I'm unlucky with the type of cars in front.
@@factory2500 Well, you have a couple more days left. It's really rewarding when you win that race. The rest of them after that are pretty easy. But just try it a few more times and just focus. I believe you can do it!!!
But if you simply get too frustrated, I completely understand. Just make sure you have Level 3 on all of the upgrades. The rest after that race are pretty easy, for the most part.

I mentioned England, Scotland and France because I actually drove there. Didn’t get up into Wales or Northern Ireland, or Ireland at all. so I was just going from my actual real world experience.
It was really interesting to drive in different countries. I really enjoyed it. Very interesting. Going from a right hand drive car in England, to driving that same car in France. Suddenly the roundabouts are going the opposite direction and I’m on the right side of the street in a right hand drive car… I had to adjust fast😅. In Canada we drive on the right hand side but we sit on the left-hand side. So now I can drive in either position and on either side of the street. I’m good to go anywhere in the world! 😃
The stupid 3-4 was pushing and pushing, finishing and losing by a lot, I repeated it several times until the end, it was the only one that gave me problems, this time I farmed bots down the entire event, and it was very easy like that, anyway mode is also fun, because you have to do the minimum possible, block cars, increase lap times as much as possible, take people off the track, crash a lot, etc.
For all those who use imperial units of measurement (like myself), do you find it strange that the McLAREN ARTURA’s base braking distance is 103.6 ft instead of 103.0 or 103.5? 🤯

Actually, I did 3.4 on the 3rd try only with minimum upgrades and I didn’t do any bot-slowing. Even the fastest bot was Santos! It was totally easy..
In my case, the third bot was 720 coupe, and the fastest one was 765lt, and others were 600lt(even the slowest)

Has anyone else noticed that the Artura has the same silly problem as the Lambo Countach; With the hood / bonnet view cam you’re not looking at the back of the cars in front, you’re looking DOWN on their ROOFS. From a camera that should be about 15 inches above the track!!!

Probably have to reinstall the game. It’s best if you can do a cloud save first, just to make sure you don’t lose anything from recent playing. The game auto sales quite a lot though. @peacemxker._ I don’t think Apple ID has any affect on your birthdate in the game. Every time I’ve reinstalled I’ve picked a different birthdate at random. Just make sure it makes you at least 20 years old or older. Otherwise online multiplayer won’t work. So choose the year 2004 or earlier.

Why some of the car have slipstream feature while the older car like a S15, Ford Focus, Audi TT, etc doesn't have slipstream feature?
This was something that was added quite a lot later in the game. At first it was reserved only for Motorsports cars, such as NASCAR and Formula One. Then they decided they would extend it to Exclusive series. Now that was after the Exclusive series had already existed for a while, so it was on a go forward basis only. However, I asked them to please add it for the more popular exclusive series, and they did make a rare concession of doing that.
Now I see they are also adding it to some of the seasons series and different places. It’s a feature I love, so I’m happy to see it everywhere. However, we’re not going to see it apply do a lot of the older series.

It’s pretty interesting, in a lot of ways it doesn’t look good. I just went and read an article about it, I’ll post the link at the end of my comment. For years now the area has seen racing restricted more and more. Fewer and fewer cars allowed, only quieter ones. Attendance limitations, so on and so on. Don’t know why people bought a house next to a race track and then got mad. What’s interesting is that there are no complaints about the gun range that’s also nearby. Mind you there’s a big difference between the occasional bullets, and hours of roaring. @@ME7_RR3Hasn't it got some more to do with land developers hoping to close down the track so they can build houses to sell at a profit on "sacred former Laguna Seca racetrack land" rather then the residents? Not saying the residents don't have a point, but the racetrack was there before the houses were built and people bought them, most likely for the "appeal" of living next to a racetrack, and as you mentioned, the gun range. It could be rich developers riling up the locals so they can get more profits. I could be wrong
@user.1115 certainly possible. Current house value WOULD go up if a fancy new development went up right next to them. Race track actually could hurt resale due tongue noise.

With this event, you must buy the upgrades I did in order to finish it. This is called a “Required PR” event. You can do the earlier races with lower upgrades, but it’s impossible to finish it without the upgrades I show. Therefore, you just buy those upgrades at the beginning of the event and fly through it. What I show is the absolute minimum.
How do you avoid your car from drifting around the corners? Even when the speed is not high it drifts. Please help
If the car has downforce features, it’s going to be more stable at high speeds. Sometimes cars can have terrible mechanical grip (low speed) but become decently stable at high speeds thanks to downforce. Biggest example IMO would be the Ferrari F40.
You can kind of just “tell” the car’s grip characteristics by looking at it’s shape, dimensions, wheelbase, engine position and drivetrain. If you are still not sure, just do a lap around a track with mixed characteristics (both high speed and technical sections) and you’ll know how the car likes to be treated by then.
Sometimes you just gotta take it really slow through corners, despite how boring it might be.
A lot of it is my race line going into the corners. In general, you want to get on the brakes and get your steering done early in the corner. Then you want to be back at the gas at the midway of the corner. To accomplish that, you must have a good portion of your steering done before you even reach the midpoint. Then you get more speed going down the next straight because you were on the gas earlier. Won’t work if you’re still trying to do aggressive steering. There’s a lot of trial and error and adjusting your racing style. A great way to learn this is through time trial videos. There I go into a lot more discussion about this topic. Track Day, Race Day, and Club Day events (and most motorsports Special events) are *Required PR* events; this one has a max required PR of 72.2.
Yeah, stage 3.4, no joke tried for like an hour, then it hit me... why on earth did we just had to do bot management in a flarking Track Day event?

It’s a *Required PR* event, so of course you’re going to need 3 upgrades for each category for this particular one. It’s so common to have all 3’s for these.
How are you getting so much money??? I would love to have that money in game and be able to get al those cars.
I get asked this a lot so I have an answer ready to go. The short answer to how I have so much currency is that I’ve played since 2015, I play a lot and I spend my currency carefully. Also The introduction of M$ currency meant even less things to spend R$ on. M$ isn’t hard to get, 20 days of maximum daily limit gets you there. Bonus amounts take you over 5 million. The long answer is next.
I used to race like crazy. At least an hour a day for several years. I would race the highest paying races I could and make full use of bonus fame days. I once earned over 2.57 million fame and over R$ 3.9 million in one 600 lap race!

The best use of bonus fame and bonus R$ days is endless endurance racing. It requires a good amount of skill and practice to get the hang of it. You also have to be comfortable with no assist racing. I first finished this game back in May 2016. Since then I earn 99% of cars with just upgrades. I don’t have to buy them AND upgrade them. I finished the game 9 times in total.
Mid 2019 I gave up on finishing the game because I was starting to run out of gold. Now I only upgrade when I have to, if I really want to or if there’s a sale. My gold balance went up a lot because of that. I’ve even started skipping certain cars that I just don’t like.
I win special event cars with low upgrades. I’ve been driving with no assists for 6 years which makes it cheaper.
I get a group B finish in Weekly Time Trials most weeks, sometimes group A. I can sometimes still get Group B finishes when I have cars with less than full upgrades because I learned how to drive with no assists and put in a lot of effort. It is harder than it used to be though because there are many skilled racers
So that’s the longer answer on how I have so much currency.
Is this car worth it?
It all depends what you’re looking for in the game. It’s not that different than other cars, but it is a very good car.
is it possible without upgrades?
No, that is not an option for this event
How do you know if it’s stage Two DAMAGE
It’s easiest with cars that have a windshield. For those, stage one it’s just a couple of small cracks. Stage two is a whole bunch of cracks! Sometimes you can get stage one damage of the cracks, you’d have to have substantial scrapes on the car for that to happen.
For Formula One cars and other cars without a windshield it’s more difficult. A key indicator there is front wing damage. Pretty well any damage, any scrape on your front wing, will mean a reduction in performance.
The best thing about stage to damage, it can’t get any worse. So then I start smashing people and doing whatever I want.😁

3.4 has to be the most ridiculous race I have seen in RR3. It makes me wonder why I still play the game when the developers are that idiotic. On my first attempts, I would have to have done a 1 minute 12 second lap to win. Even with your cuts you managed a 1.26!!!
What you do for the first lap is you keep nudge the car without overtaking, in front of you, THEN it's easy to win.
No, that is not the case. That alone will not make you win if you get a bad grouping of bots. That’s exactly what I did many many times. You had a lucky sequence of bots right off the start. I have talked with a bunch of very experienced players, and they are all having similar difficulty to me. Mine seem to be the worst, probably because I have the bots so cranked up for difficulty.
@@ME7_RR3 I ran that course not knowing about the trick of nudging the car in front, and then I watched another video, which had no voice talking through the course. I just noticed that's that what he was doing, and then I just tried it one time and it worked. Maybe you're right that I got the right sequence of bots, but it only took me one time through once I found out to nudge the car in front of me.
On a side note, do you have any sway on future cars they can add? I would LOVE to see the McMurtry Fan Car added. it's got 2 tons of downforce at 0 mph using the two fans. It only ways 2000lbs. if you can pass it on to the Developers, that would be great!

@Oneness100 it’s nice to have people to talk with, discuss strategy and different experiences in the game. It’s also nice when all of that can be done without people resorting to name-calling, and some of what the Internet can be bad for. So a person like yourself is always welcome here, happy to have you on my channel.
I actually just checked firedonkeys channel, he’s another RUclipsr. Unlike you and I he didn’t do any nudging, but managed to pass the stage. However, it took him an hour! That’s pretty surprising because he’s an experienced player with an upper skill level. I’ve seen this from quite a few experience players, just a very frustrating stage. Glad it’s over!
As far as influencing them on future cars, unfortunately, I have no sway at all. That part of the game is kept very secret. I only find out what they’re introducing about 5 days before the next update will be available. That gives me time to create a video.
There’s a lot of behind the scenes, legal stuff that happens even before the development team gets into coding. I don’t know how that aspect of the game works. I don’t know if the car company approaches them or they approach the car company, maybe it’s both in different circumstances. One thing I know for sure is they cannot have a car or a track in the game without buying a license.
@@ME7_RR3 Maybe I can put a word to the people at McMurtry. it's one of those cars most of us can't afford, and this game might be the only way to get a sense of what it feels like to drive one. 🙂 Its specs and performance is crazy. There's a few videos of the car being driven on both a straight away and a special track where they can push it in driving in a circle to see how many g's they can pull. It's insane.
